While it's not "new" that these bots or AI things have been around, are any of you noticing how much more prevalent they are becoming in spamming and taking over comment sections all over YouTube and other channels? They are trying to drive away interaction, and as far as AI goes, I notice what the AI is doing is that it "baits" people in groups, such as a Facebook group let's say, by monitoring the way people speak and the type of content they talk about and post, then the AI copies the same methods and style of speaking so it will be "believed" or "taken seriously" by others. A few groups I belong to have been completely hi-jacked and ruined with AI to the point where it's pushed participants away from even bothering to use the groups as much, and now some of them are full with 90% of bots, and only 10% of actual people posting real content. So this is a really minor detail, but I thought I'd share it regardless.
