How Trauma, Stressful and Painful Experiences Will Affect You As You Age
I hope many of you have come to realize the truth by now that there is never any healing of trauma and pain.
And that such people which sell books, therapy or other kind of snake-oil in the name of "healing" only do so to profit from your misery.
The one thing I will tell you that you should know, what happens to this pain and trauma as you age.
The [residual] pain itself does not necessarily increase, nor does it decrease, however it may afflict parts of your body as well even physically if the mental experiences had a connection with such parts of your body and can trigger them more.
But what you will find over time is that the trauma completely exhausts you and makes you unbelievably tired and drained.
Your bad experiences in life will suck the life energies out of you over time.
People lie to you about healing both to make a profit and give you false hope and optimism for the future so you will continue being a loyal slave.
You look back at your life and cannot even believe you ever got yourself involved in these situations and it can create a huge panic within you as you get older.
And keep in mind that I was never someone who sought out aimless risks or ever tried to take on pain or stress.
However, I have determined that I am much more sensitive to any kind of stress, even smaller events, compared to most other people so it has been even more important that I take every necessary step to avoid it.
Some people's lives may be more dedicated to stress and pain from overworking themselves on the job. Most of my life issues were not dedicated to that since I always worked minimal hours however I've ensures enough stress too from the complicated brain work involved in those times spent.
But people in my personal life have given me the biggest problems and stress.
I spent much of my existence trying to mitigate, defy, prevent and cheat pain and stress at every angle possible, and I will be honest that I even took on a bit of stress as well from prevention and mitigation efforts as well, however most of the time things worked.
Don't ever embrace stress or pain no matter how much some putrid fool speaks of such verbal diarrhea coming from their god-damned mouth.
The first revelation to you in this life with how you mitigate your life experience and avoiding or minimizing stress, pain and trauma, is that you must understand every time you leave your household for any reason that you are suddenly on enemy's territory. Your house is the only real sanctuary you have in life, and anything that occurs outside of are subject to all kinds of daily odds and variables, based on where you live.
While not a universal rule, there is a strong correlation with being able to not handle stress or trauma as well if you are naturally introverted, so it is best to work as hard as possible to minimize it all in your life.
But, you can actually change the past...by changing your perception of it...so I don't totally agree with you here.
ReplyDeleteTrauma is real...but we can control those bad events with higher thoughts.
I mean, we can't just lay down and let them demons walk all over us.
