If you grew up during the times I did and remember these scenes how they used to be, while there were some "Queers" and whole Transformer Crew, they were very much "segregated" in the Punk and Goth Scenes in the early days, and most of us did not like them very much. You guys have no idea how thankful I am not to have any children in this Modern World. Every day I wake up and it's also one of the first few thoughts I think of, how I don't have to be bothered by anything and can get up to do what I want, at my own pace. Honestly, I wouldn't want to have to be around to explain to my children the conditions of this world, and how absolutely none of it makes sense right now, along with condemning them to the unresolvable conditions we face around us.
