    Woahhh does he realize how big of an incongruence there is between the way he acts, and how empathetic he claims to be?

    he comes off as super aggressive.

    If I was at my job I’d be afraid that he would yell at me. I can kinf of tell what people would be like as ‘customers’ Just by looking at them. There are lots of patterns in the way people behave. But I could be wrong

    Also, why does empathy have to be stated like that? Like what is the point of this video?
