You guys remember when I said it's pointless to work for under $50/hr or realistically $300/hr!?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ck3s4Q2OTBM
This video I saw on my feed today, illustrates EVERYTHING I've been talking about, including the guy who uses the example of someone earning a $29/hr salary, whereby it took 3 hours of work just to afford a lunch meal.
Remember what I said, I think it was that even if a check was waiting for me to pick up for $50 or $100 that I'm barely even motivated to get out of bed for that? I'd tell the customer I'll pick up their check the next time I'm in the area, and I'm not even joking.
I'm going to tell you the little secret (not really a big one) as to why there is the missing link in the way the figures I announce seem unrealistic and unaffordable for most companies to pay out.
An aspect about Inflation that most people do not understand...
The issue is that "Inflation" not just adjusts on a numerical basis, but what is usually not given much attention is the "Scale" of the increments of these amounts.
Therefore, it's an easy way to manipulate a population when they do not have a concept of Scale, or a visual assessment in a way to look at the vastness of the numeric increments on a basis of a graph or some way of scaling it outside of the actual "numbers".
If people understood the unfairness in these aspects, they would understand why I come up with astronomical numbers such as suggesting that even a McDonald's worker should technically be only willing to work for $50/hr TAKE HOME, or why I would refuse to even do construction work for less than $300 per hour TAKE HOME, or why many skilled trades ought to be like $300 per hour TAKE HOME, and the fact that you really need to make $2500 per week TAKE HOME PAY.
Ideally, however, my work schedule, if I had to be employed by someone, would be $300 per hour at a Skilled job, for only 4 hours per day, maybe 3-5 days per week depending on my schedule and and energy levels or the type of work. That is what I would demand right now if I were a youth, say, in the construction field or in some kind of high profession, or even as a Doctor.
Even if I were to be a bricklayer or perform Masonry work, I would not do this for less than $300 per hour, and from what I hear from employees who are either first starting or working for small construction companies, is that some of them are willing to do this work for $18-$19 per hour, not even $20!
Even in the United States, these "figures" would STILL only make you someone on the level of the beginner Middle Class based on current Inflationary Figures, and most people in America do not make anywhere near $130,000 per year.
While someone could technically live with a salary less than this, especially a Single Man, I am speaking on what would be an ideal salary say if a Man has a wife or potentially children even though you know my views on that, this would be his ideal salary and how many hours per week to work, or wages to anticipate, IF his labor was valued and he worked a job that is affordable.
Don't you dare suggest to me that these figures are "bogus" while Women sometimes can do a 1 hour chat on YouTube bringing in $5000 in an hour for just "showing up" and entertaining some Cuckholds online.
My point is, that Men SHOULD insist to demand such wages, or just outright quit their jobs and refuse to work, and make sure Women start working for a change instead. It is unreasonable to think a Man is willing to work for low wages.
So that just goes to show you how skewed the perceptions are about money and earnings, and basing things on what you spend, and meanwhile the Inflation will continue to tick upwards.
When I remind you about the All-You-Can-Eat Buffets I used to go to 15 years ago, 1 Hour of work would WELL cover my Lunch and then some other things if I wanted.
For example, a person 15 years ago, let's say if they made $30 per hour. Most All you could eat buffets around that time averaged at about $8.95 per person, or maybe $15 at a more expensive place.
You'd never leave hungry. COVID was used as an excuse to shut down as many all you can eat buffets as possible and to launch attacks on the food and meat supplies to produce scarcity and increase prices that you now are paying.
Even if it was a regular restaurant back in 2009-2010, you could get full meal plates, even 3 course lunches that costed you under $10.00
The SCALE of the price increases is why people do not understand how they are going broke, and it's also an indicator that these Employers have been banking on you not noticing the "scale" of these increases and that you'd still be willing to work for such peanut wages.
And all those yearly "raises" and mandated salary increases that came out all these past years, and even after "COVID" which the Employers were scraping along to even come up with for you, obviously are just a drop in the bucket and are actually totally meaningless to even put a slight "dent" in Inflation numbers, compared to even how life was going out or affording things even just 15 YEARS AGO!
But the only portion of all this that even the worst person at doing the math on their numbers and earnings, or least financial education would definitely always take note too, is their perpetually empty wallet. Gobs of cash just somehow are always seeming to "vanish".
I will tell you personally right now, that the average meal which maybe includes a drink or two when I go out costs me now between $50-60 on average for lunch. Dinner prices often are higher, and the bill usually runs me closer to about $80.
The fact is that these Employers have been basically living like a Zombie, or Roadrunner, and have long been well off the cliff or ought to otherwise not even be in business if they were to live in REALITY based on actual Inflation Numbers, and what type of salary someone needs to comfortably live, and that their doors ought to be closed long before now already.
And these figures I state, are only valid for TODAY'S TIMES, maybe in fact only this year!
Surely by next year they will be hire, I may say you need to insist $75/hr minimum wage or $500 per hour for skilled labor professions.
Not hard to see why the Corporations now are so obsessed with investing and switching over to Robot workers for the future, and why UBI's will be insisted upon, innit!?
Many people in general, especially in America, are also financial illiterate. They don't understand things about Cash Flow, or even the necessity of having money aside for emergencies in large amounts that you do not touch, ever... They also underestimate the phases in life they will go through in Home Repairs, Necessary Upgrades, or other expenses associated with Damage from Harsh Weather, or Aging Home Infrastructure, so on and so forth, or a car if they have one.
I say outright to just DITCH the car. You want to be comfortable!? Get rid of the car, hire a Chauffer.
A Chauffer is one of the most important "service" based persons you can hire in your life, even more so than a Butler or other personal Servant. Trust me on this, it's a NECESSITY if you want to live a Comfortable life and with less stress and risks.
again, all of this is why I wish I wasn’t brought into this world
ReplyDelete@zikeKEK, Yeah, everything here now really sucks. And even as bad as everything is, NPC PEOPLE are making it ALL WORSE and completely insufferable.
DeleteThe worst part is, I was hoping more people would be more open minded with conspiracy theories and thinking. But now the algorithms and rulers seem to be letting people know that and now I see a bunch of NPC’s repeating that they heard that some stupid fucktard celebrity or “politican” rules the world because they fall for every psyop and think someone like Alex Jones is a “truther”
Delete@zikeKEK, Ah, well that's the thing, Conspiracy Theories are just that... They are "Theories".
DeleteWe only deal in "Conspiracy Facts" here.
The other thing is that all "Truthers" are Fakers. There is no such thing as a "Truth Movement" or "Truth Community", I always knew it was a hoax from the get-go. The only type of people who would even possess an interest for the "Truther Movement" are people who view Truth as a Strategy.
The notion of labeling oneself or identifying oneself as associated with something like "Truth" is as silly as someone who would identify as an "Eater" or "Sleeper".
Although in a rare case they might mean Eater as a BIG EATER or a Sleeper as a LONG SLEEPER, the thing is that these identities revolve more around egocentric notions to be noticed for something.
Truth cannot possibly have a movement or community, because it's the only real thing there is.
"Truthers" always see the Truth as something they can put on like clothing to try out or use to their advantage when it's convenient for them.
It is really bad, yes sir....
ReplyDeleteYou have to learn how to game the system. I don't have time to go into details, but off the top of my head...
1. You always evaluate a job by the HOURLY rate, not the salary, etc.
2. Stress levels should ALWAYS be low, if you are working for others. Better off not doing the job is the stress is too high.
3. You have to align with family to help out with the bills. Buying a home together, etc. I know this is not ideal, so you might have to find friends with the same vision. Unfortunately, most people are greedy sacks of shit, so you have to be very careful on who you can trust to spilt bills, etc. I have had friends and family both fuck me over for thousands, ,as I was the owner of some property and never got paid. Still, might be worth the risk.
4. NEVER go out to eat. There is NO fucking value. The food sucks too. The overpriced meals just will burn your wallet.
5. Cut corners as much as you can at work...just make sure you NEVER get caught.
6. ALWAYS be behind in your work. Because if you get caught up, the employer will only find more work for you to do.
7. Look to live in cities/towns with low cost of living and you are comfortable in. NEVER leave in a big city, unless your pay is at least 150K, and that is somewhat low in this inflated economy.
Ok, just off the top. Also, I would use sorch earth polices to fuck over credit card companies by filing bankruptcy when needed and generally NOT paying debt until you have at least 100K in liquid cash for emergency...and if you are going to pay debt, ALWAYS pay it slowly....remember the money is fake. SO, you have to play the game and not let that get into your head too much, especially if you are facing a financial crisis...the crisis is about NOT real, so, relax and don't be scared to fuck over these financial institutions that want to enslave you and make your life miserable. This is part of going on the offensive vs. these demonic financial institutions. Default is your friend.
@Joey Aragon
DeleteThanks for the tips Joey, and I really agree with these points.
Being health and money conscious I almost NEVER go out to eat.
I've been cursed with small portions, over dry over salted meat, sauces thickened with cheap ingredients that give me migraines, things that likely have tons of preservatives in them etc.
And yes expensive cities are NOT worth it,
you'd be surprised but they don't even have that much of a pay increase like some people think! But you bettttt the landlords and government will be demanding huge payments on rent for you!
I know this is kind of cliche, but you can bet the cost of things will go up but not the pay
@Joey Aragon since the recent really bad economy, I am now sinking financially and my savings are disappearing due to me spending more than I earn. I am guilty of number 4 because I go out to eat with friends, but what ruins me is drinking alcohol out at bars and pubs. Would you say that is a waste of money despite the atmosphere a good venue can bring? I have tried drinking alcohol at home but it’s pretty boring.
DeleteIn terms of debt, I am getting close to that level and have always told myself don’t worry because it’s all fake anyway. The only issue I see with debt is when credit card companies charge interest, is it still advisable to pay off debt slowly when there is interest? I mean inflation in some cases could be higher than credit card interest.
100k in liquid cash is an extremely unrealistic goal for me even when living frugal. I earn 25K per year and even saving 25% of my income would mean it would take 16 years. Also by the time I would finally reach that 100K, it would probably have the purchasing power of 10K today by then. Do you fear inflation when dealing with savings?
Another thing that needs to be done: question and then overtake the banking system (bank reserves creating central bank on top - ordinary money creation commercial banks below that, with the major shareholders of the commercial and investment banks and big corporations secretly controlling the central bank). These banking controllers have access to an unlimited amount of money they create and move around in order to shape the world to their liking. Everyone who strives for „success“ then goes along with them.
ReplyDeleteThat's their game, to create money out of thin air, while 99.9 percent have to work to live.
ReplyDeleteInternational banker mind tricks.
You HAVE to cut corners in this system and understand this nonsense.
Once you figure it out, you will make better decisions.
Such as NEVER busting your ass at work. A slow pace is ideal. And if they don't like it, find another jobs.
Thanks Joey, it's great to hear this,
DeleteYea it's crazy seeing how much some people make compared to others...
like certain business people bankers or government officials...
And how much more people make for working much less, that's what infuriates me most.
And now people act like you should be grateful for whatever you get because there's less jobs now, what bllsht.
Meanwhile with all their money, their deciding the policies and how this world goes, while the people actually running it have no say in it.
This system is horrible.
Also something I found out- a company will literally cut their employees even if they technically don't have to, just to increase their margine of profit so more investors will buy their stocks or invest in them.... wtf!
Dude my job is incredibly draining and busy and important and I'm only making $17.5 an hour, and the company I work for makes 50K-80K over 12 hours(how long my shift is) just on the unit I'm on alone, I only take home $210 and there are only 2 other staff with me....
ReplyDeleteI also heard my coworker asked for a $2 increase in pay and they said it was not within their budget.... and this coworker is making less than $25 an hour mind you. Also he told me they will offer you a $0.20 raise every 6 months- but they denied it to him because he didn't fill out their 'weekly check-ins' where you write what you liked and didn't like about the week, not even a necessary part of the job.
I also got my annual review back and got 100% on it but no raise was brought up, to be fair I've only been working for 5 months tho.
Also, I don't understand this, pay baised on experience if I'm doing the same, and as good, a job as someone else...?! It's not like I'm making that much in the first place...!
I've also gone a handful of days without break during my whole 12.5 hour shift because we were so busy!
I wish I wasn’t such a slave for money. Sometimes I wonder if there’s more dignity in being a criminal.
ReplyDeleteWell, the criminals are running the world....
DeleteI used to wait tables and I would see all kinds of assholes and cunts get out of line and act disrespectful. Somehow, I get the feeling they wouldn’t be acting like that with men with a history of violence, thugs, drug dealers, and other types of career criminals.
DeleteIt is the way of the world. You just have to navigate through the BS all the time. I mean, I am over 6 feet tall, about 275, and well...I was known as the toughest person in my graduating class. A smaller city of 65,000, but still a bad ass...
Deleteand I had to back away from unaliving a man a couple of months again, after he charged me...because I didn't want to have a criminal record....it was a public situation, so I had to make a quick decision....
since, I didn't respect the man, and I knew this could blow up in my face, I decided to take two sucker punches to the grill instead of destroying this nig nog. I just let it go. I didin't press charges because of court dates, public exposure, etc...
My point in, if we were not living in a world of BS and lies and organized crime at government, I would have just beat the shit out of this guy. Instead, I have to carefully consider the consequences...and decided that NOT throwing my name in the system was far better...lucky, I have a good chin and the punches didn't do any damage, except for a slight three second blackout...
You have to navigate through it. Avoid all serious interactions or confrontations...it is just not worth it...unless you are defending your life. I mean, I had about 5 weapons in my trunk, and I even didn't use thee pepper spray I always carry (I am a cocky fucker, I guess, and didn't think this punk was stupid enough to attack me). I won't make that mistake again, but their won't be another "again"...because I really learned a lot that day about the NPC world we live in...
Mainly, that the good people, the real humans are ALWAYS going to be under attack...I have my entire life...and I know that I am targeted for destruction. However, I have learned to be more on the offensive and make better decisions regarding these demons in the city...
Which is why I moved to the country...and now my life is 1,000 percent better. I don't have to deal with stupid deomons anymore. In fact, I avoid all major cities these days because it is not worth it. These people are crazy and will kill you if you even look at them the wrong way.
Smarter humans are NOT living in larger cities or even mid sized cities these days....
so, back to the topic at hand...you have to not play into the hands of the ruling class and fight back by seeking surroundings with people that are mostly white and are animated by a spirit that appreciates beauty and nature. City folks love MONEY. That is what they live for. And if they don't have the money, they are going to do everything they can to get it from you. Country folks are just not like that. I live around many Amish, for example, and they are always kind and appreciate the exchange of money for raw milk, raw honey, eggs, Lard, fresh meats, etc...something a city rat would not understand or appreciate...
@Joey Aragon,
DeleteFor the record, I should say that I have been noticing some "odd" and unusual dynamics playing out lately from the Black community, compared to times past, and it is actually the canary in the coalmine for the fact that Blacks are falling apart very fast in America.
In the past few months, there have been explosive amounts of more Black on Black crime, and I have oddly been finding a lot of Negroes in public who either seem really bitter in my presence, or ones who are ready to bow down to me as their Master, as if they are looking to "escape" from their Blacks and gain wisdom or be in the right direction as if to be in my presence instead of their own people.
I began seeing this stuff happen a lot during the COVID lockdowns as well, but it never has been a thing before that. But I'm noticing that this is becoming really weird lately, and unfortunately, it also means that more Black Women lately have also been hitting on me in public. Not something I'm proud of it, but it's noteworthy.
There are also increased "shootings" occurring now in the workplace, Black on Black at all kinds of places of employment, whether Amazon warehouses, other types of places as well. I would write these off as just everyday Nig-Noggery, but there has been an increase of it that cannot be ignored.
So there's something going on with the black right now, and this might mean they are trying to press their luck, the very desperate ones, and it seems that others of them are trying to shift to areas where Whites or other races more commonly associate with.
For example, I've been to eateries and stores that would almost never have anyone in them but Whites, and start to see Black people who have made it a point to start going in these places.
But what really bothers me is the fact that we as "Whites", since we live amongst them, are expected to "accommodate them" and save them from their own issues that exist within their in-group, and this is actually causing catastrophic issues for Whites, to a point where most Whites acquiesce.
I also have been avoiding the big cities too. I honestly DREAD even having to go into Boston, not to mention any larger Metro city, unless I really really have too, and I'm so averse to being in big cities, that the moment I'm done with my business in Boston, I get the hell out.
Every time I go to Boston, I am disgusted with what I see, and the homeless people are a lot more aggressive now too.
You are lucky that you live close to the Amish!
@Joey Aragon
DeleteIt's interesting u mention ur 6'0 tall and also def not a skinny greenbean build guy, because it just so happens I know guys around you're height who have several stories of being jumped or attacked by other men.
One guy was 6'2i 200+ and he's been jumped by a group of guys, had knives pulled on him, one ginger got mad apparently at a ginger joke he made and stabbed his forehead, etc.
I also know another guy who is tall and big and other men have pulled knives on him and tried to mug him,
I also know goatis had some men try and start fights with him too,
which is so ironic because you'd think since their bigger,
you'd face less situations like that.
I'm also a little baffled myself because I've never had anyone try to mug me or anything even tho I live next the hood, I used to walk outside a lot, and I'm super muggable since I'm around 97 ib.
T345, also remember to never sign a bad review...you don't have to consent to doing this.
ReplyDeleteAlways look busy at work, also. But, don't work hard...play the game.
Look at work as a time to relax...if you do that, you will crush it.
And if you don't play into their consumerism game, you will win there as well.
@Joey Aragon What do you mean not sign a bad review?
DeleteBut yes I agree with looking busy. Unfortunately my job is one of those where u can't really avoid it sometimes, but I definitely know what you mean and will remember it.
Ironically, my smooth days at work can feel like a 'time to relax' away from my life like you said, and reset me from things going on in my personal life, so yes I don't think it's all bad and you can even use it to benefit urself like you said Joey.
Yes and I'm not much of a consumerist so I have more money at the end of the month. I rarely eat out, and rarely buy anything outside of food. Clothes or whatever everyone else is consuming are kind of pointless.
I appreciate all your tips tho
