Woman In Previous Video Even Makes Up Fictitious Video About Involving FBI

 

It's amazing how "juvenile" the brains are in these Online Influencers, all to try to drum up all kinds of Fantasies and Hope.

For starters, the FBI does NOT have Jurisdiction inside of Europe, and only can have any acting authority there on some very limited and restricted grounds which are subject to the European Authorities, and the reason has to be very much well justified.

The Legats don't operate whatsoever in the way she thinks they do, and they exist only for information sharing in circumstances that apply to International criminal networks, usually, or something which specifically involves the USA.

The FBI could only really ever get European Authorities to do anything, would have to be by the consent of the European Authorities to permit willing cooperation with Authorities that agree with them, but even on that note, it would have to do be something that directly involved an American citizen, or something involved on American citizen or that is in some way involved with the USA.

Even anyone involved with using an American Product, even a platform that is Headquartered by an American company, the FBI will not even lift a finger. The only reason they ever would, is if there was like an Antitrust case or something whereby a Corporation may have been defrauded, say like by an individual "From" Europe, like maybe a Hacker, who hacked YouTube, let's say.

Another thing is that most Authority Agencies of any kind, all around the world, have ever increasing budget constraints, and do not expend resources so easily, nor time and effort in ways you believe they would do. Not even in cooperation with other agencies. There is too much bureaucratic paperwork and time involved to process anything like that.

But even if the European Authorities approved of that... Which is absurd that we're even discussing this, at this point, but... What would there be to even "work with"!?

To my knowledge, the "LUNA-TICK" never had even visited the United States of America.

In addition to that, the FBI and not even Interpol (I would know this, as a Prussian, because Interpol was a creation by Nazis), that the general interests of what they look out for would be something like a Cybercrime or Money Laundering, or an International Scam operation or For example Trafficking Rings.

They are not particularly concerned with, nor have budgets or allocations that deal with personal or civilian matters, for the most part, except where certain types of Fraud or Commercial integrity may be threatened, but particularly for the Corporate Sector.

They exist more on the basis of pursuing Financial Criminals more than anything, but even at that, they more or less operate within their own sphere of interest that is not in service to the general public like the Police, and the proof of this is you cannot just directly call the FBI like you would your local police. You would at best, only get a record message, and be lucky to even get a phone call in return.

It would be like trying to call the "White House" to reach President Trump :D

Yet this is the pea-brain logic of these Influencers.

Who wants to bet that she even had filed anything with them to begin with!? Even if she did, they definitely would not give it any effort, and even more so because the United States grounds has nothing to do with any of it on any terms, and nothing happened here.

Even the Social Media companies, do not operate the way she makes it all sound so simple and as if they actively claim. For the most part, Social Media companies have an algorithm that manages system alerts and communications, that only get "elevated" to a certain level, and below those levels they never get looked at by an actual Human.

Even when they reach a certain elevation to get looked at, such as a "complaint", a Human decision or vested interest, RARELY ever get made. At most, a Human might look at something they are prompted with and answer whether to Accept or Decline an action against a YouTube Member on the basis of a Policy Violation.

These people constantly make so much shit up, it's unreal.

This woman even expects that a European country like Spain should invoke a Constitutional Amendment which is part of the US Constitution. Since when would any country ever operate like that!? She thinks the FBI can just somehow invoke that, even though there is nothing with America involved in this whole ridiculous situation whatsoever.

She doesn't understand that American Law and Constitutional Dictates do not operate outside of the US and US owned territories, but they have to be National Territories, it can't be through "NATO".

That's not how the system works! Not in America, not in anywhere in Europe or the world over. Authorities don't exist to protect anyone except Governments and Corporations, and particular special figures such as Leaders.
