Reviewing Alpha M's Latest Video about How 6-Packs Ruined His Life

I saw this video he posted today, and in all honesty I was going to make it immediately as a suggestion for Goatis, and I likely still will even though I had to tackle this one first, because I absolutely feel compelled to do a response to it...

Okay, let's get the facts straight about Alpha. M. He is of course, a "Grifter". A lot of information on his channel does have value, I'd say about 80% of it or so is geared towards Truth, Science and is directed towards giving you helpful and factual information, without a doubt.

The only issue is that he really over-does himself, and I believe this translates through his entire personality because he is a bit on the "shorter" side.

To be honest, he should count his blessings, because despite the heavy fitness he did and his very high-stress lifestyle, for his age and all things considered, his genetic set has actually served him quite well and has been working hard to make his health and appearance stay optimal.

Average Men would not fare as well as he has and would have balded by now and have wrinkled a bit more.

You definitely need to SLOW DOWN in life, like with everything, learn to chill and relax and live in the moment with some things and you have well over-done your YouTube Channel, I wouldn't push this stuff more and more, but would seek instead to "damper the flame" so to speak with all of the chasing Success / Influencing / Bodybuilding stuff.

It is very notable that he does admit in this video about how bodybuilding destroys the body and how his Testosterone levels had become effected, which makes me wonder if he by chance has come across some of the videos by Goatis, including the review videos where Goatis even had tagged Alpha. M in the past.

It really is great that he is willing to admit the truth about these things.

The thing is, many Men underestimate how far they can extend not only their youthfulness in appearance but also in function and longevity into your later years, and while Good Eating and Sleep is essential to this, I REALLY stress the notion of avoiding Stress and Discontent, especially Discontent with oneself.

If you spend most of your younger years being unhappy with yourself, confused at life, stuck in a career that does not satisfy you, this will age you and it will give you not as much of a flattering aging process that could be, but will bring out the worst. I see it all the time, especially in America.

Honestly Man, Alpha M, I will put a comment on your channel about my review on this, but if any chance you end up reading this, this is my advice to you.

So I would say, Alpha. M, you've fared pretty well relatively, for the most part despite all the things you've taken on your plate in life, good and bad. Take some time to enjoy what you have in your life right now, and I have some belief that also things have not been so great with the "Lady" in your life. Do not let her "dick" you around and rule over you or cater to her demands.

She should be serving YOU, not you serving her and all of her whims, otherwise, throw her to the curb like a dog and trade up for a new young girl like Leonardo DiCaprio does. If he can do it, you can do it, and you have a physique that is worthy.

You have a unique sense of being passionate, motivated and full of a lot of great energy, but it has to be directed in the right way in your life, and I promise you that you will be a much happier and fulfilled person, AND you will also halt your aging process even more than where you are already at, in this time in life. Just take life as it comes and learn to make the most of what you have without trying to over-achieve, because it will burn you out.

I honestly am quite astonished with how far you were able to get with everything and maintain yourself despite the high stress / being wired like this every day, because I can tell it's a high level of stress. I would never be able to function that way, I don't know how you do it.

Your genetics are trying to save your life at every step of the way, but if you cool things down a few notches, you will find your genetics will serve you even greater into your later years, I promise this to you.

While, yes you are a Shorter Man, it is common for Italian and Southern European Men to be around your height at 5'7", it is not an indicator of bad genetics because your features do not demonstrate any elements of Dwarfism, it's just a product of your genetic heritage. Even the photos you gave of you throughout your life in this video demonstrate properly proportionate features between height, width, limbs and your overall development, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

If you were "Danny DeVito", well then I think you'd really really need to begin to worry... And I believe that pretty much speaks for itself.

Take a few steps back to look over your life and successes, and it is very well obvious that you have been highly ambitious and very successful at many things you have taken on in life, and honestly not a lot of YouTubers are honest about their "successes" and are faking it.

You actually have a life that is actually extremely rich and full of a great standard of living, I just know this but don't ask me about how I know it. What your problem is, is that you have spent too much time trying to prove yourself to others, or to pander and cater to others, including people-pleasing.

This only leads to a Man having unsatisfactory conditions in his life, even if he has all material comforts and what he wants, because your energies became "sapped up" from trying to please everyone and also assume taking on redundancies in your life, rather than focusing on energies of getting the things you want that satisfy, which money does not always buy.

I actually spend many days in my life for example, not only with our PSA Project here, but many other private projects and ambitions that have nothing to do with this website, where I don't even earn a single penny, and I get no validation or credit for it.

But I spend my time and energies on these projects, because they are things I am constantly trying to attract into my life.

Many Men in this world would absolutely kill to have the lifestyle and purchasing power you have, and there's something to be said about having idle time and indulging in the "harvest" of your labors and efforts that you have embarked upon for many years.

Once you start cutting back on things and just learn to enjoy life and take it slow, you will really begin to look over your life and ask yourself why you've over-worked yourself so much when you really never needed too. It's nice to not need to be constantly "on-the-go".

Constantly being "on-the-go" is a very American way of "living" and it's detrimental one's

I can't even begin to tell you as a much older Man how much you have likely missed out on a lot of other things in life, maybe even opportunities or to meet people, because you spent so much time trying to constantly get better in life and achieve more. As paradoxical as that may sound.

And I am telling you this is the precise reason you have this sense of "lacking fulfillment" at your age of 48 right now.

Spirit and Comfort Zone, and overall well-being.

This is my sincere advice to you.
