Why Laws Don't Make Sense & Are Nonsense, Particularly on the Issue of Deletion

If someone, especially a Woman, can simply write off their decision to unalive their children on the basis of mental illness, such as "hearing voices that told her to do it and to also off herself"...

If just because someone is considered a "minor" and unalived someone, so you try to convince yourself that the punishment should be reduced simply because they are a Human who has not yet become matured.

Yet the system we live in, does not take into account unaliving someone who deserves it, unless its the Law Enforcement that carries it out, and whereby most countries have very narrow definitions for what is deemed "Self-Defense".

Then we ought to just outright eliminate all Laws altogether and not have any, even for unaliving, because the logic behind those who write and get emotionally riled up in these Laws, are completely illogical and lacking any primal substance.

For example, to excuse a minor for a misdeed, would be akin to trying to eliminate a cockroach infestation by only eradicating the adults and keeping the "nymphs" alive, which will one day grow up to become adults.

Getting rid of someone can't only simply extend to just "Self-Defense" with plausible evidence on the spot. In Europe, the laws are really really bad in that regard, and you have even less rights of Self-Defense. America is only marginally better on this, and depends greatly by State or Jurisdiction to your rights on that.

In an ideal world, if someone unalives someone, finding the true purpose and whether it's justified has to be of significant importance, especially by the Courts, if the agreement of your society or civilization is to have Courts who decide Justice.

It's true silliness and outright bonehead brain rot, the type where you envision someone's brain full of a pile of swirled dung with flies rather than the brain itself, to believe that someone's "age" makes the difference of whether what they did can just make or break something as a crime.

And by the measure of the definition of "insanity" as grounds for someone to be excused for unaliving their children, then we should also have the right to just unalive anyone we want because we happened to be in a "bad mood", to the extent of that logic.

Let's say a child unalives some or even attempts "important" adult or figure.

It makes no logical sense to forgive or overlook what the child did at the behest of suggesting that he was a minor and maybe "didn't know what he did" and showing sympathy or considerations, if even on the institutional level.

A child's "future", if in comparison to a more worthy individual, could not possibly have more "value" in society that makes it worth going lenient on them, just because they are a minor when they committed a crime in their life.
