More Fear Porn Today about "Sugar Drinks!"
Because the reason why Men are the biggest consumers are sugary drinks including soda and energy drinks or whatever it is, is to manage cortisol from stress from either over-working or boredom.
Myself included!
Sugary drinks lower cortisol.
Excess cortisol is very dangerous to your health.
There is absolutely NO link to them causing cancer, but you know as well as I am that some form of reductionist methodology was used in this from either some artificial sweeteners added, or food colorings, which indeed ARE carcinogenic.
Other than that, Sparking Water or Soda, Flavors and Sugar, DO NOT have carcinogens, it's impossible unless a strange additive was put in.
They want every Man to fear drinking soda and sugar.
The same way they want Men to practice "no-fap" if he isn't getting laid.
Both effects will lead to high cortisol and anxiety through the roof, and this is how Women want to destroy Men.
What's also truly something, is how much Mainstream Media "banks" on the gullible public, namely NPC's, for having such a short memory, that they either forgot, ignored or didn't see this article published earlier this year on sugar:
Another dangerous ingredient you have to watch out for is "stevia", and I noticed that this is also being increasingly put in some sugar-based drinks, all this garbage is added to cut corners on sugar.
It's pretty sad and pathetic as it is, that Corporate Companies are so greedy that they even consider "sugar" a luxury and so expensive, but since they are obsessed with maximizing costs, they love to give you lab made chemicals.
Back in the 19th century, the official healthy or optimal sweetener was always "Maple Syrup" and it still is, along with having the most nutrition compared to any other sugar form.
The next would be honey and then the Sugar or Sucrose itself in its raw form, but honey has too much concentrated sweetness and can introduce some issues for some people and is not as sustainable to obtain compared to Sugar as a sweetener.
While honey has medicinal benefits and nutrients in it, its best used in smaller amounts or occassionally rather than as a regular everyday sweetener, plus it is also allergenic to some.
Honey has a lot of fructose and glucose, and with fructose you have to be much more careful than just regular table sugar, which also includes any fruit, especially fruit juices which lack the fiber, because this means the sugar hits straight to your liver and is much harder on the body.
That's why even fruits, should somewhat be eaten in moderation or at least a favorable ratio to other foods.
The other thing too is how children are targeted with these articles, because while children often crave sugar or sugary items, the issue is "not" exactly with the fact that the child consumes sugar, but the thing is if they are not eating healthy or enough food especially proteins and fats, this will increase cortisol and anxiety which they will try to cope with by consuming or becoming addicted to sugar, and that's what will lead to bone weakening as the sugar calories replace priority over nutrition calories needed for major growth.
It's usually a result of "broke" or "poor" parents who don't buy wholesome food for their children and feed them frozen foods or snack / vegetable foods that do sugary drinks too much, but it wouldn't be a problem for them to drink all that sugar as long as they had all the right food they need.
Also, as usual, the article and any article on sugar and diabetes, always blames sugar causing the Diabetes, rather than optimal gut health.
Diabetes and Blood Sugar problems begin occurring once the gut microbiome is compromised, which could be for a number of reasons. A mother who has a C-section at birth for the child, a mother who gave her child vaccines, a mother who ate a poor diet in general and fed her child crap growing up, gave the child oral antibiotics, will absolutely grow up to be more at risk for diabetes.
I have only seen a small handful of articles emerge over the years that have tied evidence to the fact that high blood sugar and diabetes or insulin resistance is a factor that originates with a problem in the gut, and that the only correction can be made by addressing the gut issues by any means possible.
The gut microbiome is responsible as the "clean-up crew" if you will, for your entire body, and actually also heavily influences your brain health, and these beneficial bacteria that exist there, if they are destroyed or not numerous in number enough, run into difficulty managing sugar in the body.
The whole thing about "sugar" promoting bad bacteria in the gut is a myth, granted, one can have dysbiosis if they don't consume enough "non-sugar" foods to maintain the gut micriobiome diversity, but sugars and fibers are largely consumed by even good bacteria.
It's usually yeasts or the overgrowth of less desirable strains that outnumber the beneficial strains that causes things like bloating or diabetes.
Sugar also does not age you. That is another huge lie.
Most people who age badly, live and eat a toxic lifestyle and often live dehydrated, a life of too much caffeine or alcohol even, and don't consume enough fats and sugars.
On the other hand, alcohol IS INDEED a carcinogen. Sugar is not. Alcohol is like an "inverted" or "inert" form of sugar, but has much more detrimental effects when consumed compared to sugar.
Myself, along with other German researchers have long been involved in the research relating to the Diabetes / Gut connection, though we are not the only ones and some other exist, it still remains a very concealed topic that the Medical industry does not want exposed.
The fact alone is this... YOUR BRAIN runs off of sugar in the form of glucose. Your muscles and nerves, also rely off of glucose. And the fact that even if you avoid sugar, your body will try to manufacture its own, albeit inefficiently, should tell you something about the necessity of it.
A drink I love that’s even sweetened with cane sugar sadly has Stevia in it. You can’t even enjoy a refreshing beverage nowadays without disrupting your gut microbiome. And people expect us to work 40 hours a week? The boomers didn’t consume any of that poison growing up. Fuck them all.
ReplyDeleteWhen they do these studies do they really find proof of sugar molecules causing cancer? Some chemical reaction that makes the body create cancer cells? I doubt it.
Do you drink regular coke with corn syrup or is it the so called Mexican one with cane sugar in it?
