I felt nothing of threat from that guy whom I had the altercation with.

DeleteDetermining whether someone is an NPC or not, is a skill, lip licking is a trait of NPCs, but not always indicative that they’re an NPC. You need to examine their energy field, how they think, talk, and respond to certain topics, look at their eyes, etc. It requires some level of psychic awareness.
For example, BloodSteal on YouTube licks his lips almost every 30 seconds, but not only does he have that trait, the way he outlooks on life, and the fact that you can’t really see any soul behind his eyes, are also indicative that he’s likely an NPC. I wouldn’t only hyper focus on lip licking solely. But it is a good go to thing to assess when determining whether someone is an NPC or not.

DeleteMine is as well, this is pretty much common nowadays, I would doubt there are many much families that at least 80% of the family is not NPC's. However, this was not the case going back, and I am one of the oldest survivors in my family right now, so it's not much to even speak of being a real "family" anymore, especially with how many mixed people are in the younger generations now. I'm not kidding you, it's also not even recognized on any level as "German" anymore.
All NPC's at some point will lick their lips, it's just you may not catch it at the right time or it is subtle, but eventually you will find them to do it. However, I've known some for many years until I first caught a glimpse. It really can depend.

I am being serious when there is a highly likely chance that the women in this protest are actually hoping for more children to be graped so they can make a statement against it and further push their ideas and hatred towards Donald Trump and men in general. The Yids are an ethnic minority, and not a direct threat in the same way (usually) that Women are to me and other Men on a daily basis. In fact, many days go by where I do not see a single Jew, or at least not knowingly / obvious, whereas everyday we are almost certain to see Women.
