Goatis Off The Cuff
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rz6rAlDlKzk
I happened to catch wind of this video today, and have to say I have not been able to keep up with the content on his channel lately for a whole host of reasons and some challenges I'm dealing with right now, but I have to say that I'm really thrilled that he posted this today.
I have to say that this is probably one of his best videos, but in a certain sense, because it's kind of like a life reflection on where he stands today and where he was back then and he pretty sums up everything he has experienced on his diet and fairly paid homage to Aajonus Vonderplanitz.
It was very interesting to see how affected he was, but it also shows how authentic he is in how much these things had an impact on his own life.
It also even brought back some of my own personal sentiment but towards Goatis in this sense, because if I had not found Goatis, I would never have been able to fix some of my own issues.
Goatis is True, Proven Success.
In fact, one of the biggest things I learned from Goatis, however, I have to admit that my father also knew these things too but never exactly told me or explained why, but I really gained the understanding that spoiled or expired food is actually MUCH more a danger with plant foods rather than meat.
While I still try not to make it a habit, and have never experimented with the "high meat", I have eaten months old eggs or even meat that is past its prime, and didn't even experience even the slightest level of sickness, including some racks of pork ribs that smelled rancid.
On the other hand, I have gotten food poisoning many times however from plant foods repeatedly, and on occasion, seafood, and in fact, I am dealing with 2 rounds of food poisoning I had recently got, so I have been feeling mostly under the weather :/ And yes, one of the items was plant-based...
Goatis also helped reinforce my attitudes towards the Gym as well, since the "guys" who tried to get me into it when I was younger and pretty much would endlessly bother me about being too "lazy" to go to the gym, I could not stand the feeling of days of exhaustion after a workout, or even the "setbacks" from either a lack of going to the gym due to some life circumstances or vacation, or even as much as coming down with an illness.
Mark my words, the Goatis Trolls are surely getting their panties in a bunch right now over his video of doing this, and I'm pretty sure they will try to tear him apart by making some satire or AI generated content from clips of this video, but it's also just a further testament to his true success and happiness.
And you know they hate him for that.
Another thing I have to give Goatis a lot of credit for, because I have not been as "lucky" in this department, but for some strange reason, no matter what kind of bad luck has struck Goatis at times between his ex and other situations including barbaric envious fans of his throughout all these years, he has ALWAYS pulled through, and he has basically managed to put what he wanted to do forward and he now even lives in a Sunny climate and managed to escape the West after the COVID psyop so he will to some degree be better equipped to "weather" the coming storm.
Yours Truly has not been so fortunate in those things, my own life decisions, while MOST were good, my romantic ones were not, but the hardships I've been through have landed me to be stuck where I am right now and to also have not been able to get certain things done the way I want too, but it makes me wonder if the fact that Goatis has relied more on not owning anything to his ability to be more agile on a moment's notice.
Granted, I live and have lived in a very different era, and so I am not as adept to some things that some younger people might have going on nowadays, so that could play a role as well.
But it's like magic that he got out of the stupid West, though the truth is that eventually everywhere will become scathed sooner or later, but it does seem that he gets more sun year round and lives very slowly.
I agree 100% with everything he said in this video, and even myself am living proof of what he said, granted I am like an Ozzy Osbourne right now, but I have always enjoyed sedentary life and just chilling out, not always being on the run in life, and I still have no crows feet and most of my hair.
I'm grateful I never followed all the health nonsense even back in the 70's that was huge at that time too, because all of it, margarine, gym and other nonsense was trying to be pushed down our throats, but I could never adhere to it.
For example, you could never convince me to get in the habit of eating margarine over "butter", even if it were in fact, healthier for my heart. Because the butter tasted better. I guess I've always been that type of person, I live for the moment and maximizing my experience in the moment, and I am thankful I lived that way, because I was sure mocked and bullied for it.
Everyone I know who did the "gym thing" and talked about how you need the gym so you don't get arthritis and osteoporosis later on, well I will tell you FOR CERTAIN that all of my peers who did the gym suffer from both and had sustained many injuries from the gym that they are paying for after all these years, especially hernia and spinal problems from all the years of lifting, along with a bad heart.
I don't have any of these issues or arthritis, I do have other issues, but they are just naturally the sad consequences with age.
I'm grateful to Goatis because he has been like a relief valve in confirming my decisions and thoughts, after a time when we had no concrete certainty of some of these things and were being constantly inundated with total fear porn.
Granted, while I don't follow the whole Goatis "Raw Carnivore" thing to the extreme and still incorporate Sugar, Sugar has never done me wrong in life, especially compared to other foods, such as the horrendous things like Seed Oils, or even Bread. So I still consume a lot of sugar.
I've also cut out MUCH more salt because of Goatis, even though I have always been generally sparing with salt, but the only thing I ever would still use salt on mostly are Steaks, Barbecue, Fries and Steak Sandwiches, occasionally in a sauce and it's very sparing on that. It kind of has to be used on those foods, otherwise they don't come out tasting as good especially with the right crisp.
I've also stopped buying and using Olive Oil. I made immense lifestyle changes thanks to Goatis, and have felt much better ridding these useless, damaging foods from my life.
I've eliminated most bread except from Pizza, but between Bread, Rice, Olive Oil and most Oils in general, Salts, and other indulgent foods, I have felt much much better with less bloating and indigestion caused by these dangerous foods, which technically don't even qualify as "real food".
There is really nobody like him, in person or online. He is truly a unique person, with excellent information and insight...
ReplyDeleteSame here with the plants. I don't bother anymore with them. Salads are death. I feel bad for people eating their $20-50 dollar salads at the restaurants. Just getting scammed all day long. And the J Man that came up with the salad scam, really should just get a special place in hell, for the terrible food that is.
No more salad and very little fruit has healed my gut. I don't even do number 2 that often, maybe 1-3 times a week, and my stomach doesn't have the problems it has had in the past. I cringe when I hear people still talk about the benefits of fruits and plants. These people are very unhealthy inside and out. Stupid on so many levels. And these are the same people still going to church on Sunday or doing their Hindu rituals and chants all day. Losers. Going nowhere in life.
Same with oils. I watch this closely. I have not bought Olive Oil or other oils in close to 5 years. And I don't bother with foods that have these oils, because I know that this is what causes heart attacks. People that still use Crisco, need to be investigated and sent to an education camp.
The only thing that Goatis gets wrong is his views on family, women, and children...and maybe he does this on purpose, to not alienate people? I think there is more to it. He can't be that naive. Still, his focus is on diet, and that is where he just destroys people.
Also, I only walk for "exercise", and walking is power. I don't bother with weights or stressing my body out. And I think you are right about not being around these "gym" types. They are dummies, for believing in the gym culture and BS...just stupid. I have seen and heard of so many injuries in the gym and in sports. I broke 2 ankles, had a neck stinger playing football, and was always in pain when I played sports. I was fairly good too, a college talent, but to get to the next level, I would have had to take steroids...which are actually good for you, I gather. Still, look at those losers in sports...I mean, they are very low IQ, and people just love them because they are great at throwing a ball or running around the gym like a bunch of wild animals.
At the end of the day, I would say Goatis not only added about 20 years to my life, but I have a better time and I have a much stronger body, mind, and spirit. Along with your blog, I think it is a gold mine, for living with confidence and learning to not pay attention to losers that want to get me off on the wrong track, where they are headed...which is nowhere.
