One Thing I'm Glad About If Invasion Erupts On Our Soil

The chances for it are very high, all things considered.

But what gives me ultimate satisfaction is knowing that if Russia, China or Iran take over that I will not be classified as a typical American.

I have an extremely rare family name as well, and while I am not Slavic, a portion of it is very common among Slavs, especially Poles, some Russians and Ukrainians, albeit many people automatically are generally under the correct assumption when they see me or know my family name since they automatically think Eastern Europe. Often times I've been thought to be "Polish", interestingly enough, but it may have more to do with my Lithuanian heritage since it has a shared history and is nextdoor.

In any case, even as a defunct institution, I am ready and eager as always even as a decrepit Man to cooperate against our mutual enemy.

If there is anything I benefit from in this life while still alive, it would be that, considering I've never received the red carpet treatment in my life being born as an American.

At bare minimum, I'm ready, so let's bring on the Apocalypse!

    Have you guys seen Trump’s tweet in all caps that NATO allies have done absolutely nothing to help?! He sounds like a raging gamer when their losing.

    I have a theory how the US 'civil war' might start. Trump invades carg island. It's a huge failure & resource drain & many soldiers die. This is the perfect excuse for the left to stage a coup.

      Well there is a twisted irony with the fact that Trump "demands" or "expects" NATO as an alliance to fight on the USA... Because NATO is "technically" a Defensive Organization, and does not have as a requirement in the treaty agreement to assist a country which goes on the Offense. It would be one thing say, if America were "struck first" by Iran or another country, that would prompt NATO response because the idea behind NATO is that "an attack on one, is an attack on all countries".

      So the thing is, even by the laws of the agreement, the NATO Alliance countries are not obligated to assist, and they would be foolish to do so, yet France and the UK have found some "backdoor" methods they are trying to use with their Intel Agencies to disrupt things behind the scenes between Iran and Russia.

    Maybe Trump has not bombed Kharg island yet because they either want to use the oil reserves to capture it ( by positioning resiyrces near the oil reserves so Iran doesn't attack in order to preserve the infrustructure) or because they don't want to wreck their own country & be the one to blow up the world gas economy.

    And just to think, Iran promised to target Gulf oil production if America does that so it will really blow up the gas economy!

    Man the US would really be hated if they did that...

      @T345,

      The thing is they are very afraid. Many American soldiers are hiding in hotels in neighboring Arab countries such as the Gulf States, because Iran obliterated over 14 US Air Bases and many soldiers have already died or been injured. They know that it's going to be a bloodbath for them.

      I doubt the USA will successfully take the island, unless Nukes are involved, and at the rate we are going, USA and Israeli Militaries are on verge of collapse because they are running low on ammo stockpiles and the many soldiers still active are losing morale.

      Iran has everything to gain in this war.
