I still can't get over how influential Goatis is

Thanks to Goatis, ever since I came to know him as Sv3rige, even whenever I see something labeled "Sverige" or if I get a package sent from there I'm always thinking of Goatis and associate the name less and less with Sweden on a first-hand basis.

It might sound slightly Autistic but I almost have to remind myself oh wait not "Sv3rige" but it's the actual "Sverige"... Like the country.

That and with the British Accents, every time I hear anyone with a British Accent or any of the other Anglo countries where it sounds somewhat similar, especially when they say "Proper", I think more of Goatis than associating it with Britain or the British people themselves as much...

And every time I see pasta, not even joking, Goatis surfaces to mind first before even the pasta itself or the dish it makes. I always just think of the scene with the pasta in the woods, it's like forever etched in my memory.

It's amazing how much he has this hypnotic effect, and I'm surely not immune to it as anyone else, and there are hardly any people in this world that have an effect on me like this.

It's probably another reason so many people hate him!

Comments

  1. Just look at the contrast of Goatis ripping up the pasta to even high ranking politicians and “leaders” of countries. Compare Elon Musk’s embarassing sieg heil to Goatis tearing apart that pasta. If Goatis was a little less authentic and was a bit more “fake” of a person, then he would easily be considered one of the most charismatic men of our time

    1. @zikeKEK,

Seriously! There isn't even any edgelord on this planet, nor single individual I can think of that is as interesting and unique as Goatis. There are some that come "close" and that also have things that stick with me in that way, but not like the stuff he does and the statements he makes.

I really try to think deeply, and I can barely count on my hands the amount of truly interesting people in addition to him on this planet that are alive, there really aren't many!

  2. I remember being on Destiny’s subreddit and seeing tons of posts from people saying he helped them in academia, that everything became easier once they adopted his way of speaking and rationalizing. And I remember thinking how misled they were. He didn’t teach them how to think, he taught them how to conform to the fake performance-world of academia and "look" smart.

Goatis, on the other hand, has actually taught me something real. Not just his lessons on life, but the inspiration to think for myself and make my own connections. I’ve genuinely unlocked a higher verbal IQ that i hadn't dared using, and I credit him for that. I’ve also realized how powerful it is to speak with certainty, and how effective that calm, almost hypnotic quality he has can be.

    1. Prussian can you please do me a huge favor if you could somehow find 700lbs American junkie he's been gone for a long long time so I just to know maybe if maybe you could somehow figure out if you could find some deleted content or if he secretly has any secret accounts because I use to really enjoy reading is blog back in the day, but you don't have to do it.

    2. *Note he also said he had a email and telegram so maybe you could go from there I guess*

    3. @LifeisAScam, Your guess is as good as mine! Truth be told, I am nobody and I have no special knowledge or access when it comes to other people. So I wouldn't know any more than you do but we believe he may have decided to exit from this world of you catch my drift.

To be honest, I have some major issues going on as well so I don't know if I have the mental facilities to do much research even into things of this nature... In all seriousness I believe I am becoming senile and I will make an entry on this either by the time the forum is launched or on here.... I hate to disappoint and I believe many people are going to get frustrated but I have to be honest that I also believe it's the beginning of my end.

    5. @nyjord,

Thank you for providing that for him. It also proves my disposition, I really have nothing, especially when it comes to social relations with others. I'm always the last to ever know anything or be involved, and it's also true within the circle of Goatis as well. Not a fault of Goatis, but it's how things work. I'm always the last to ever know something, and it's also part of the curse of my existence.

    6. it’s unfortunate (or fortunate on whatever way you want to look at it). I’m not sure how you feel about this Prussian, I just hope you are ready to exit this world when the time comes. You do still seem quite coherent and well-composed though from the way you write up your blogs and comments. I do get the impression that you have always felt quite a bit lonely your whole life which has only increased as you have grown older. You really seem to me that you just need to be comforted, but at the same time, it’s not like anything really matters anyway. I wish you the best anyway whatever way things start turning out.

“I hate to disappoint and I believe many people are going to get frustrated but I have to be honest that I also believe it’s the beginning of my end”

I may be quite frustrated, but that wouldn’t necessarily be targeted towards you because it isn’t really fully in your control. Even though I do not know you personally or in real life, it would really upset me and move me if I hear anything negative happen to you. You quite honestly have me a bit concerned, but that’s life I guess

    7. @zikeKEK,

I am absolutely ready because I see nothing more left in this place both in general and also for me, even if I was still young, I'd know there is nothing left here...

The worst part is just the fact that the society we live in now is totally unbearable being around public / strangers to a degree I've never seen it this bad.

It's actually very uncomfortable to be out in public.

  3. Same here. Every summer I go through a big Goatis phase for a couple of weeks, super receptive to his vibe and everything he talks about. And the rest of the year I still get the reminders in the same way you described. Living in Sverige/Sweden, there’s no shortage of those.

One day I going to buy his telegram vidoes, they'll hit hard im sure. But I’m NEET-maxxing right now, and explaining that expense to the welfare office would be… interesting, to say the least.

This was a really heartbreaking video, if memory serves me right, I cried when I saw this for the first time. Of course I don’t know Goatis on a personal level but I really do hope he’s doing better now. He atleast seems a bit more cheerful as of recent in comparison to that video

  5. I have great respect for Goatis, not only for his outlook on life but also because he has followed everything he has said, even on things I might not agree with. I can understand his perspective and learn something interesting from this reality. Ironically, I didn't discover raw meat through him; it was more through other beings who are no longer with us, who I would say were on Goatis's level. They were the ones who made me rethink many things about the world, food, anthropology, race, history, geology, esotericism, etc. But Goatis certainly deepened my understanding of a strong foundation, which in my case is nutrition, although the root of it didn't come from him. But he did delve deeper into the subject. I've always enjoyed exploring and seeing beyond the surface; I'm not satisfied with empty answers. This has helped me a lot in discovering both Goatis and Prussian, and I must say I've also learned a great deal from you regarding ontological aspects. It's something I'd combined before, but not as concisely as you explain it in your posts.

The only thing that's sadly dying with Goatis's popularity is the authenticity of his followers. I used to see more thoughtful and interesting reflections in his YouTube comments, but now it's hard to find that. There are a lot of immature, brain-damaged teenagers, and his critics are truly awful and pathetic. The good thing is that he's far removed from all of that and just focuses on doing his own thing.

    1. @blood,

That's quite interesting! I actually discovered the raw meat thing specifically through him. I'm not really sure if I ever even came across someone before who promoted raw meat eating, not even Aajonus, however I had heard of his name before but never looked into him. I only found Goatis by accident, as Sv3rige, when I was researching about increasing meat intake because of meat craving and how I was getting sick of eating vegetables and many other foods with meals. Surely, Sv3rige was the most perfect recommendation for the information I was looking for!!! On top of being a super interesting and funny person who completely leaves his mark on everything he touches or talks about.

    1. @zikeKEK, it's pretty bad, but my belief on it is that the salt that naturally comes in some foods is enough for what we need for our bodies since it does use a little salt. The manmade addition of adding salt from the ground rocks, is excessive and dangerous. Look at any animal, salt can actually kill them or be very dangerous at best. Even with birds you can't feed them salted nuts. That tells me enough that salt is good to avoid.

    2. I’m sure we can tolerate salt to some degree as you mentioned, even if we lived naturally, if we ate fish, the fish would be salty from being in the salt water

  7. PSA, look what I've found here.

    Ignore the "psychological profiling".
It's relative and depends on personal perspective and of course great men attract lots of jealousy.

I paid more attention to the anthropological traits + ancestry analysis of Goatis. He's spot on.

I've reached the same conclusion and I'm pretty skilled in physical anthropology. Goatis is definetely of the Nordid race.

  8. Look, I like the guy...but he is a BS shitter too.

That video where he says "I don't know what to do anymore" look like acting. Sympathy to raise funds.

We Want To Live is a superior book to what Goatis teaches. Well, Goatis stole almost everything from AV.

Regardless, I do like his takes with the huge exception of his advocating for having children. He is so clueless there. It really makes more question his intelligence.

  10. The thing from Goatis that he doesn’t do very often but never fails to make me laugh a lot is when he calls a “metal” band a poser metal band or even a girly pop band lol. For example in video of him reviewing a guy wearing a shirt with the name of a death/black metal band Goatis said it was a poser black metal band.

    1. @nothingiserious,

LOL, absolutely true about Goatis! He never fails to put a smile on my face or make me laugh about something with the way he presents something and delivers, nobody can even come close, not even his imitators like "Primal Marcus".

And none of it would even be as funny if it didn't come specifically from Goatis with his Latvian accent.

    2. @nothingiserious,

The other thing too that always makes Goatis even more funny without him trying, is the fact that he was basically just some random "Runescaper player" online from back in the day. He doesn't even try to do anything he does, even being funny. He created his channel with no idea in mind of ever becoming an Influencer, but mostly just from vlogging about random life ramblings and philosophies, and yet he created a Huge Empire in his name and now is trying to mitigate TikTok :D

    3. @PSA Unlike the majority of content creators, he didn’t use clickbait thumbnails or talked about gossip/drama to gain more views. He has personality unlike 99% of Youtubers, even the old “edgy” Youtubers aren’t as memorable as him. His haters believe his accent is actually “forced”, that’s how much they secretly love him. They even know at what time he goes to the bathroom or gives dislike to a video lol. Marcus can only wish he had the loyal fans and loyal haters Goatis has.

      Delete
    4. @PSA, So true!

The funny part about his accent is that if anything he actually has been losing it more lately compared to his even older videos! I think it may have to do with just naturally what happens when you talk to others, particularly English Speakers more often as I believe he does online and elsewhere, compared to times past. Because his accent used to be much thicker, while his haters think it's forced :v Absolutely love it!

Marcus still is even sporting that beige sweater constantly.

There's no way any of these people, haters, imitators or what have you would be so mentally invested into Goatis if he were not truly something special.

  11. What I love about The G Man is that he speaks without filters. He is not politically correct, and doesn't give a shit if he offends you.

He is also a class act for the most part.

And is probably a lot more friendly in person.
