I May Have Left Out An Important Point About The Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Protein Shakes & Lettuce
I think I may have left out the most pivotal point I wanted to illustrate about the guy who made fun of me for years because I never felt good if I didn't eat a lot of Meat & Ice-cream.
It seemed like what he was doing largely was a result of Men "chalking up" pain or discomfort from not eating right, whether due to circumstance or affordability.
And what I would find with such Men like these is that if you suggested you needed to take a break or grab a meat sandwich, that it was like you were "asking for too much", or that they didn't have time for that, and so what I discovered is that it seems that these Men actually were largely projecting insecurity or self-loathing of their own onto me by trying to insult me and make me feel as if there is something wrong with me for needing to eat meat and ice-cream.
I bet there are a lot of insecure Men who would think the problem was "with them" if they needed such foods, but in reality, I just think Men like him who expected me to live off of Peanut Butter and Jelly and Rabbit food now and then, were chalking up their own discomfort, because this is a thing Men will do with their egos, as they want to bring you down to "their level".
He wanted me to feel weak or less as myself because I needed to eat meat and icecream (probably as I craved the fat, as I normally do), whereas he was trying to make himself seem like the "bigger guy" because he can live on lettuce, PB&J and shakes or even go entirely without meals now and then.
Maybe some of you already understood this from when I posted that, but if you think deeply about it, a lot of Men probably forego meals or eating properly all because of dumb Men like these who think that you are not "Man enough" if you can't skip a meal or god forbid (in their mind), don't eat meat now and then.
When I'm used to eating it for every meal.
When I don't eat meat, I don't feel like I'm operating on all cylinders.
Imagine how many dumbass slave Men are out there who "self-medicate" with Tobacco and Marijuana all because they don't eat properly and because they allow their employers to get away with having them live and work like a slave.
Men chalking up "pain" and "discomfort", only because society, including Women / Governments / Corporations / Religions claim they must, otherwise they are "weak".
That's the only reason it continues!
This may sound odd and a bit autistic and is unrelated to this post
ReplyDeleteBut it really pisses me off when people say that water has not taste

ReplyDeleteThis is so brutal. I’ve noticed that young men who consume large amounts of nicotine, through pouches or smoking, tend to develop male pattern baldness unusually early. It’s basically the opposite of what Selfmaxxer recommends. By the way, thanks for telling me about him. I’ve been regrowing the hair I had ten years ago, and the process has been incredibly cathartic.
@publicusername 1488 Interesting about the nicotine... I also noticed that men who eat a lot of sausages tend to have more male patterened baldness. I wonder if it's from the high salt or preservatives in them
DeleteIce Cream is one of my favourite things EVER. Chocolate coming in second but still not very close. Pastries can be nice too but nowhere near as good as ice cream
ReplyDeleteI don’t know how people are able to go through lots of suffering like eating poorly or skipping meals and working 40 – 50 hours a week on top of that, and they aren’t slaves they say? I would literally die from it and no amount of coping mechanisms could save me.
ReplyDeleteTheir shaming tactics and projections they love to use are getting toooo old already, thanks to boomers mostly.
@nothingiserious,
DeleteIt's amazing but I think they believe they are somehow "hardening" themselves so that they can endure hardship, thinking it makes them "stronger" LOL, while it's actually making them weaker.
To even illustrate how disappointing the mentality is of Humans, the other day I read a comment someone left on a video discussing things about food price hikes and shortages, and someone on there talked about how they were purposely "starving themselves" a bit more so that they'll be more "ready" for the coming famine.
What these NPC's don't understand is that if/when you weaken yourself already early on, you are already setting yourself for more immediate weakness, compared to even the glutton who would always be eating.
The Boomers need to be entirely annihilated!
Ice cream, I can't do it...too many gut issues.
ReplyDeleteIn fact, my entire diet these days is about what the foods do to my gut. So, I am mostly eating eggs, rare/med rare steaks, and as much wild caught fish as possible. Scallops, wild caught are probably the best meat to buy in the store these days, as it is difficult for the Elite to fuck that up in the grocery store. But,. I put nothing past these demons. And I am hearing that the "grass fed" meat in the store, still has very low standards to get that label.
@Joey Aragon,
DeleteWOW, really, now that IS interesting... Then again, I suppose it might have to do with dairy!? I forget if you are dairy sensitive, but I understand this is a thing with people.
Icecream is often something that works wonders for me, I grew up with it always too but it always was a satiating way to end meals, sometimes a little while after eating.
I absolutely love Scallops, Shrimp, Mussels and Oysters. In fact, I was almost going to get some today but went with some Tilapia, which is a type of fish I love having, though not as good for example as Mackerel or something else. I hate Salmon though.
Also, I've been talking to some other people now too who also claim the same thing as I have been noticing with meat lately tasting "plasticky" and not having the good taste and texture such as before the COVID nonsense.
Even a few chefs who have been in the restaurant industry for at least a couple of decades have been saying the same things too.
But yeah, you are right about trying to organize your diet based on what the food does to your gut.
I've not been all too impressed with most "grass fed" meats I've had, in fact a lot of them I've ever had, not only were very lean and not too "thrilling", but many of them had a lot of waste too.
