More Notions About Laws Not Existing, Laws Are Just Beliefs / Agreements
A Human, for example, cannot just state or profess some "Law" and somehow really enact it any true sense, except by force or violence, but the funny part is how Humans behave in such ways where they believe or treat Laws, as if they are some universal truth or fact.
But the fact is, is that Humans who depend or look up to the Law, are in fact, Cowards, if even a Coward by proxy, because it goes against anyone's Primal Instincts to depend on the Law, rather than taking matters into their own hands, no matter what the case may be.
As such, people who even "believe in" or defend the idea of the "Rule of Law", are also Cowards and Dumb sheep, Losers at life for certain, which is a complete feature of "Democracy".
You are taking a "claim" of some sort, and expecting a third party who may either be neutral or indifferent, and expecting them to "act" and take an interest in something of which they hold no actual involvement in.
This is why I've often touted the notion, that if we are to have an actual "State", that both the Courts and the Law Enforcement, should not have a Monopoly on Violence and Justice, and that a laissez-faire approach is far more desirable where the Courts or Law Enforcement could essentially be "hired" but not guaranteed to take interest, and where both the Courts and Law Enforcement may even act in a manner that seems "contrary" to the usual Protocols and Procedures that most Modern so-called "civilized" Human Beings are used too.
This would mean for example that Police Officers would reward or even praise someone who might unalive someone who was a great danger to their community.
For example, under a Prussian State, if a court were approached about a subject of a Man killing his girlfriend or wife, the attitude or first response by a Prussian Court Official would be "Well, what did she do wrong that caused the Man to do that!?"
Rather, unlike Democratic States, where the first measure is to go out and put an Arrest Warrant for the guy.
There are so many ridiculous things that exist as Laws, that it's actually a joke to even think of how much such a big deal are made out of them.
One of the first things that comes to mind, is the stupid "Royalty Free" nonsense with Music, even with how YouTube will punish you even for more than like a 10 second clip of some song, particularly if your channel is "monetized", as if somehow the songs that people play in their video are even going to remotely used or preferred compared to the original source.
Most people who feature a sample song in their videos, will have it edited or otherwise it will be of lower quality to some degree, but yet you can easily obtain Free Music on YouTube in general!
It makes no fucking sense!
Another thing too is that most people don't actually know about this, but did you know that playing Music from a "Media Source" for the public, even from your Stereo, say, even from a Cafe is considered "Illegal" by the Record Companies, and that it violates so-called "Copyright Laws" and that you are expected to obtain a License from each individual record company to even play the Music!?
It's considered or deemed portraying a "Public Performance", even while you are a trying to publicly promote or create an atmosphere of enjoyment maybe for your customers, whether it may be light music in a Cafe or Bookstore, etc.
Obviously the Law is not enforced, but just the fact that they'll pick and choose what gets to be enforced or not, but for some reason, it's considered even more "sinful" to do it on YouTube, probably because YouTube or Internet Platforms see a way where this can easily be controlled, whereas it's difficult to control Physical Establishments from playing recorded Music for others.
Just as it's impossible to "block" or "ban" someone from somewhere (at least without Law Enforcement being involved) from a physical establishment, it's difficult and impractical to enforce banning Music to be played at a public establishment.
However, the Internet allows the abusive narcissistic Humans out there to get their wishes to block, censor and ban people as they see fit because the Internet as a platform allows these abusers to get their way and with very little effort or justification needed to get it done.
Other pathetic laws out there are things like whereby the IRS actually expects you to even report "Fallen Change" such as coins or any kind that you would even find on the streets or sidewalks that others dropped... As if ANYONE is ever going to report that as taxable income!
Another ridiculous law is that it is actually illegal under Federal Law to collect Feathers which have even been shed for one reason or another, by Wild Birds.
As if "nobody has ever done that".
Yet it's totally legal if someone who hunts deer, wants to collect and stuff the Deer Heads with Antlers on their Walls inside of their home for decorations.
Makes a lot of sense, huh!?
Just as a Law is only an Agreement, Laws are broken just as Agreements are always broken.
In fact, so much so, that most Agreements aren't even worth as much as the paper they are written on, Let alone a "Law", something commonly known by Power Brokers or anyone who is privy to such matters.
Most people, even the enforcers, don't believe in the Laws themselves.
It's just a system that works as "Do As I Say, Not As I Do", because it permits those who are Above the Law to have their own sets of freedoms or rights, but to ensure that the "slaves" abide by these Laws because it helps keep those in power to be both Insulated from Institutions but to retain Power through Money and Political Power, also known as Plutocracy.
But the most interesting thing about it all, is that their only power to ever enforce a Law is by convincing others to believe in it, because if nobody believes in these silly Laws, they are not able to be enforced, and become neutralized in the process.
The other proof that Laws couldn't possibly even really exist, is that they are always subjected to interpretation.
If we were to deal with a large square block, something tangible that exists, we would not need to "interpret" whether or not it's a "square".
For example, even Agreements made by treaty between countries are also essentially "weak" in nature and basically meaningless, because even the most Astute politicians, such as Bismarck himself recognized how worthless treaties were, that they were just basically "claims" for Diplomatic purposes.
Many countries will violate a treaty eventually because either the agreement or treaty becomes obsolete or there can be a justification which suddenly renders the agreement broken, as Time or Circumstances changes the nature of things.
Anyone who believes in Man-made Laws, is a clown.

Yes, yes and yes.
ReplyDeleteThe threat of getting arrested is what slows people down.
Police are satanically inspired pieces of trash as well.
Thanks! Very important topic and good examples.
ReplyDeleteA high test man’s desire is to take matters into their own hands, meanwhile the low test cuck’s first instinct is to call the police.
To me laws are no different than the classroom rules poster we use to have in school that read things like “follow directions” “do not eat in the classroom”, “be polite”.
I suppose people who makes these laws (which the rest of the world associates with morals) chose law as their career then that’s funny because it’s known that people who study finance and law have low empathy on average, and they will tell us what’s good or wrong lol. Well that would demonstrate that you don’t even need to know that to make laws or that laws aren’t entirely based on that concept.
>>>For example, under a Prussian State, if a court were approached about a subject of a Man killing his girlfriend or wife, the attitude or first response by a Prussian Court Official would be "Well, what did she do wrong that caused the Man to do that!?"<<< That should be the standard reaction, no one kills for no reason unless the person is a psychopath.
Imagine working for the companies that make sure copyright laws are enforced, I would rather unalive myself. Knowing thanks to me some random kid’s video got taken down because it had 10 seconds of a song you can listen on YouTube anyways for free. SO STUPID.
