Wow, Emily Henderson Is TRULY lying through her teeth now...
If any of you have been following Emily Henderson's desperate ramblings, she apparently doesn't even care anymore how ridiculous and see-through her lies are at this point.
There are several remarks she made, but this one in particular really stood out:
For Starters, Justices DO NOT E-mail a Plaintiff or any parties involved that are not part of the Court-Appointed Staff including any Attorneys. It is a violation and they can face enormous consequences for doing such a thing.
Doing so, is a direct violation of "Ethics", and I'm saying this from the standpoint, at least for how things run in the United States Justice system, as US Justices are Federal Administrators, unlike other Staff.
It was laughable enough when she acted like the Justice "gave her a nudge", a Justice would never do that, even as Corrupt as the US or any Judicial system is, a Judge operates in an almost Pragmatic as can be, Stone-Cold form of Stoicism to all matters, and would simply not do this.
While it is absolutely not "impossible" per se for a Justice to willingly ever choose to E-mail someone who as an External Party in a case, there is nothing to "stop" them from doing that of course which I would always rule out, but the likelihood that a Justice would EVER do such a thing with somebody OUTSIDE of the system, is like less than a 0.01% chance of ever occuring.
If anything, even corruption or ethics cases where such things do occur, it's usually for someone who is an Employee within the Judicial system. Even that, at times, can be "risky" as it is for a Justice to do that, particularly if it violates protocol, but what I am saying is it's only more of a chance if someone is an Employee in the same County or Court system who has a legitimate reason to receive such communications.
That's how you know she's lying.
It's truly something of awe that she still has "followers" who are lapping up every single useless, worthless word she utters.
In every single post she makes, she tells fables of Progress as if she's Moving Mountains, when she has been at Ground Zero with her whole case from Day One.
I would basically suggest that just about everything she speaks from this point on, ought to be treated as if it's a lie, with not even anything closely resembling the truth, even if she stumbled onto any semblance of truth by accident. That's how mentally deficient and handicapped she is.
Even a Former FBI or CIA Agent who tried to make up fairytales for a conspiracy would do a WAY better job than this hag.
As much as I know that Emily, Jake and Lunatick herself are all liars and are not very intelligent, honestly I even underestimate at times just really how much more STUPID they are, and they bank on their followers being even MORE stupid than they are to actually believe in the nonsense they spew.
At the rate we're going, I'd bank on any Negro or a cockroach having more Intelligence than any three of them.
To all the gullible followers of Emily, just remember, the first Red Flag of Emily is her claim of when she filed in California outside of her own local county juridisdiction out of "fear" that the Locals who run the Courts in her locale would think she is a Psycho, or in case anything had a blowback effect on her...
This is likely due to her working in the system in other Municipal or State positions, and people she has rubbed shoulders with, and to potentially avoid any local problems that could erupt having to do with a conflict of interest based on that.
Perhaps Emily is also known locally or even had been dishonorably discharged from a position working for the government, and so it could create more trouble for her or less likelihood of her cases getting pushed through. That's usually the case for people who do these kinds of things. She probably was not very well liked by many, which is more than likely the case.
As I've said, I think she likely worked in the past as a Paralegal, or maybe as a Court Clerk or something, so she is trying to "flex" for her viewers as if she is all Legally educated and knowledgeable, when in fact she has little to no understanding of Law and Procedures. She is a wannabe Lawyer. Most Paralegals and Support Staff Personnel in Court systems are.
In the case if someone was a real actual criminal, one would not care about such trivial matters, and it would make all practical sense for all Intents and Purposes to file and do dealings with the Courts in the appropriate District or Vicinity where one resides.
That proves to you that she has things to hide all along. She just really hates Men, that's why she is doing this, and maybe even indirectly envies Goatis. She wants to keep the "grift" going indefinitely for LUNATICK, because outside of that or unless LUNATICK shares some "commissions" with her, it's hard to see outside of these scenarios why anyone would dedicate so much time and energy to such endeavor as this.
By her pushing the Goal Posts to 2026, she is basically subconsciously asking and covertly manipulating her victim gullible supporters to accept patience until that time, until her new Goal Posts are announced of even further Minimum anticipated dates. Keeping in mind, this is ONLY for her Demurrer. Not for the YouTube case or her specific claims filed against Goatis. Just to be considered a valid voice alone.

If I were a Judge or an Attorney, first thing I would recognize are those traits, and I would also pick up on the fact that she is mentally ill and someone who belongs in the asylum based on her loose ramblings and how she is a scatter-brain, all over the place.
She acts like she "knows law", but in my many years of life, I have NEVER heard a plaintii who goes around claiming she is the authority to determine and tell the Judge how to practice Law on the basis of deciding or Interpreting Law.
Only the Judge is considered the TRUE authority to determine and interprete Law, or what Laws are being broken.
It's like a person who attends Church trying to correct the "Priest", as much as I hate Church.
A plaintiff has no authority to Interpret Law, that is what the Judge is assigned for and what they get paid for. All the plaintiff can due is state their case and the facts or evidence as required per the filing procedures.
If you listen to Emily, she is always talking about "SLAPP" and this and that. Soon the only type of SLAPP law she'll experience is when we take the Law into our own hands with a SLAP across her filthy face!

ReplyDelete@zikeKEK, the thing that's wild about it is she speaks from a "perspective" in her wording as if people in the Legal Proceedings, including Attorneys are already looking at and investigating Goatis. They haven't even come anywhere near close to that, and are more than likely to dismiss it from that point on. There all just debating whether or not she has a valid case based on her being vouched for as a "reputable" Third Party, properly known as "EX PARTE".
DeleteEven to any degree in any investigations that take place, very few individuals hired, between Reseachers, Investigators, Attorneys or the Justices themselves will EVER take a look into all the outrageous claims and things that are presented.
They look first-hand for basic facts or evidence that serve as a "threshold" for even considering a case, and if those prerequisites are not met, nothing anyone can do or say.
They don't have the time, vested interest or patience to look into all these ridiculous and silly notions, or to go by "he said / she said" nonsense. They only look at concrete facts and basic criteria that is met, similar to how someone obtains a Driver's License in order for you to pass an examination. You must meet a minimum amount of knowledge or answers and also pass a certain amount of tests during the day when you are brought on the road.
Mind you, the fact that she is initiating this whole process as someone who doesn't even know Luna personally (only from the internet) and launched this case from the USA! If Emily probably never has even visited the Netherlands either. I doubt a Southern Hick like her could even afford it.
Even her case against YouTube is a lie too, an Attorney from YouTube is not just going to outright "meet" with her like that. Even if things got to that level, a lot of other procedures would have to come first. It's not easy to sue a Corporation, and if typically it's another Corporation that has more success and wherewithall to sue another Corporation, especially in matters like a Class-Action Lawsuit. YouTube is too big, and Emily is like a Polly Pocket Doll in comparison.

DeleteYes, good luck finding the real ones, especially if someone lives in a country like the USA, UK, Canada or Australia. Most countries have over 85% of NPC's in general, but in a country like the US or UK and so on, these countries have 98-99% NPC's. I have not met a Real Human that I could confirm in public in maybe over 8 years now or so.
At best, a few that I was not able to confirm, there have only been about 10 or so people in that time that possibly were Human. Even most Homeless people are NPC's too.
Yes that's true... I just wish I could help them sometimes. They are abused by these creatures and when they feel broken inside the same demons gaslight them into thinking they are entitled or that they need to man up. And when these people start to rebel usually using violence they are labeled as monsters,psychopaths, criminals, etc... but somehow the bankers and governments aren't the real criminals and psychos! It shouldn't surprise me at this point if another kid decided to sh00t some sch00l, we live in a sick and insane society which means people should live in fear all the time but then they are shocked when such incidents happens and wonder how could someone do that. It makes me a little bit happy knowing that these parasitic demons and automatons will agree to live under the NWO with their social credit scores and being fed cockroaches and synthetic garbage just for the sake of living, and that their children will kill them for being narcissistic and bringing them into the world. I'm confident to say you have helped a lot of people (including me) by these posts alone, I wish more people could discover your blog, it brings peace to my heart knowing there are intelligent individuals out there who admit the world is a prison and that it wasn't just me being pessimistic and a spoiled kid.
DeleteOn a side note I completely understand your hatred against Christians, one has to be absolutely insane to think this world is a gift and that we owe God adoration because he "saved us". If I were God in this exact dimension, I wouldn't send someone to hell because he didn't believe I was benevolent or that he thought I didn't exist, that's completely understandable because I know I did a bad job. So I wouldn't feel guilty if this asshole god sent me to hell, I didn't do anything wrong.
