WOW Are Younger People Aging RAPIDLY...

I mean this review video with ALL due respect to this guy Michael Bordenaro, and I do not mean to sound offensive at all, but this video recently had caught me by surprise.

I had watched this guy and found him through looking for information on potentially moving to Florida.

He is a really genuine person, and runs a very good channel with a lot of great, truthful information, and I happen to follow a lot of his videos with what's going on down in Florida and Real Estate particularly, but that being said...

I never really checked into his age, but this whole time I thought this guy was late 40's or 50's and that he was aging gracefully with his wife into his later years!

He has great genetics, however while his skin is not as bad, out of curiosity I just looked up his age because I noticed his hair seemed more silver than ever, and realized this guy has a whole silver set at the age of 37!!!

This is not natural whatsoever, the only way this can be possible is from lack of sufficient nutrients from food sources, especially Vitamin D, E, B12, Magnesium, Iron Copper and Zinc.

Holy fucking shit... I really honestly feel bad for him and the many younger generations who are rapidly aging.

I began getting a bit anal last year about the fact that much of my hair greying on my "sides" has begun, but I am nowhere even near the level of him, but I would say the greying has reached about half the level on my "sides" of my head compared to him, and only superficially in the rest of my hair.

He also is "receding" faster than I have.

Admittedly, last year and into this year have been the most "cumulative" aging years for me, by which I have been feeling it, even though I am otherwise in generally great health. But I understand that I have reached the "Autumn" period of my life.

It's scary to think, that this is the result of the "Frankenfood", Stress and lifestyles that must be imposing on the younger generations to the degree that things are now occurring, and I'm seeing all kinds of other people around me who look absolutely morbid compared to just several years ago.

I've even seen some Women who've also gone almost fully grey into their 20's, specifically I know 2 Women who have become that way.

In fact, the other day my driver on the way home from a very important trip, was only 32 years old, but looked in late 40's or so with hair recession and skin, but told me how he has liver disease / issues as a result of the American Diet, even without a family history of it.

Doesn't even smoke or drink, and also did not take the "vaccine", of which we spent the entire trip home talking about the COVID Hysteria and people who took the jabs.

This is absolutely alarming how rapidly the younger people are aging and becoming unhealthy.

I feel very bad for them, because essentially their youth is being totally robbed from them in the most literal sense, by which they had absolutely no say over it.

  1. I'm in my early 20s. 25% of my friends have noticeable grey hairs. I wish I was joking.

    1. @Jedia Govna, like a LOT of grey hairs!? Or just occasional strands?

    2. occasional strands, enough to be noticable, but still, shouldn't be happening at that age

  2. Due to the terrible diets and toxic, polluted environment, many people don't even look human anymore. Can you guess how old the woman in the video below is, at the 1:27 mark:

  3. Insane. I didn't get grey until I was 48 or so...and just a few.

These younger generations just don't have their priorities in order. They are overly concerned with making money, and want everyone to like them.

    1. A strong network and good relationship are worth FAR more than money.

    2. You don't need external validation, EVER.

    3. They don't understand healthy boundaries. So, corporations and Jewish people (mostly), and WASPS (mostly) are going to take advantage of you.

    1. @Joey Aragon,

Yes, their lifestyles are also definitely part of it. Between the non-stop chase for money and being liked just like you said... In addition, when I began watching videos about just how far they are into getting takeout all the time and eating fast food and not preparing their own meals, it's absolutely no wonder.... I doubt this was necessarily the case with Michael Bordenaro per se, but with many others especially Gen Z, it is DEFINITELY a factor...

It's very scary and disturbing honestly, it has had a residual effect on me when observing this, because it's like I smell "death" in the air.

I clicked on his "Oldest" videos on his channel to see how much younger he used to look, 5 years ago he didn't have nearly as much gray hairs as he does now. And surprisingly he has a video where he promotes Intermittent Fasting. Now, people who do intermittent fasting find out about it on the internet, and then they start going on this spree of collecting harmful and mostly false information about health from the likes of Dr. Eric Berg and all of these "Health Gurus".

People who believe that starving themselves will make them healthier and buy into "intermittent fasting" are already "far gone" so to say since they have committed to deliberately not listening to their body. And you can already expect that they probably also "work out" or do other forms of health-compromising activities, along with not having a proper diet.

WHAT IS INTERMITTENT FASTING? My Results 1 YEAR LATER | Why I Do It

In the video, he says he does go to the gym, and says the intermittent fasting gives him strength gains in the gym.

There's a section in the beginning of the video where he explains why he did it, he says he was trying to lose body-fat.

Then he begins to delve into his backstory of how he has been into fitness since he was a teenager and read all of these Men's Health and Fitness Magazines and admits that he followed the advice of Old School Bodybuilder Magazines that promoted things such as eating six meals a day, and having very low fat diets with plain lean meat such as chicken breast, only eating egg whites and not the yolks, broccoli, etc.

    1. @John Eston,

OH SHIT... I didn't even go this far back... Now maybe this would actually explain it... Just very sad that he bought into that, I guarantee you that 1 year even alone could have maybe been very detrimental in causing this... Because I can tell you for certain, I am 100% familiar with his phenotype, and I know that typically his genetics are not known for rapid aging or even hair greying. He should be aging at the rate of Andy Garcia.

Not a bad looking dude by any means, but I just have been totally shocked at how his whole hair has greyed out at 37, thanks for pointing that out, I didn't know he was experimenting with this stuff.

  5. Also, and it was mentioned...they have NO clue how to eat or manage their stress...they things need to be taught.

Eating out more than 1x a month is way too much.

And not getting enough sleep to combat stress is another big mistake.

    1. @Joey Aragon,

Yup, this explains it all. He has so many videos, I never knew about his older ones like that, I should've taken a look. I never would have assumed he bought into the whole typical "new ideas" Most Modern people do, but then again I thought he was 10-20 years older...

In any case, I guess the only positive way to view all this, is that it only proves all that much more everything that Goatis has spoken about from the negative effects of aging between Intermittent Fasting and Bodybuilding. This is living proof, with a guy who was blessed with amazing genetics.

Even some guy I knew who got into Intermittent Fasting began to develop Crows Feet around his eyes into his 30's, and when he was in his 20's, he had perfect supple skin...

I would also imagine the type of mental gymnastics some are now doing to chase money or success may even add extra layers to the stress.

    2. @PSA that just reminded me, have you ever heard of Ralph Macchio? He's the main character in the movie "Karate Kid" casted as Daniel Larusso. He also has these anti-aging high-collagen genetics maybe even the best I've ever seen.

  6. Do you think the blue light emitted from phone screens could also cause premature aging of the skin?

I have probably aged myself quicker than what is normal via a few years of poor sleep, alcohol consumption, sugar, and working. Whilst I will never be able to reverse that damage and extra years on my biological clock, I am still young so have a chance to implement good habits and maintain my youthful appearance for longer than should I continue to go down an unhealthy path.

At age 23, I look youthful. As in good quality tanned skin, no receding hairline or greys. It’s probably how the average 23 year old should look. The only complaint I have is if you look closely you can see a very fine line on my forehead. But like Goatis’ recent shorts video on YouTube pointed out, I noticed I sometimes crease my forehead when socialising and having a laugh. That’s a natural social expression. Luckily I don’t have that constant raising eyebrows expression which I have been noticing on a few people this week since Goatis brought it up. It’s no coincidence that during the brief moments these people relaxed their forehead muscles, they had the deepest forehead wrinkles. I have even seen some young people in their 20s with deep forehead lines.

  7. I think the 'Medical intervention' is responsible for a lot of it. I have also noticed recently a lot of people with extreme sagging eyebags that make them resemble a bloodhound. It may also be down to excessive cocaine use. Two examples I can think of are the English actor/comedians Simon Pegg and Noel Fielding, who have both manifested extreme rapid aging recently. Ive also seen people in the media stating how 'great for their age' these two look when they both look way over their age which is pure gaslighting. A lot of men in their fifties appear to be turning into menopausal women. Leonardo Di-Caprio is another one, turning from a 'baby-faced' film star into looking like a middle aged woman.
