So, Emily Henderson's "Chatroom Court Hearing" all were revolving around her "Demurrer" and Request to Seal Her Record

As I've been saying over and over, the irony with everything right now with these "clowns" who are fighting for the "cause" of the LUNA-TICK is just how FAR off-base everything now is from anything to do with the focal point, which was "LUNA-TICK" all along, and they are really dragging this out and having their loser followers who "believe in them" to anxiously "hold on" and live off of every false promise that come out of the likes of Jake Gibson or Emily Henderson.

And I have no problem whatsoever even citing the fact that the focal point has been taken way from the LUNA-TICK in the midst of this circus freak show of performances, because I know for fact that Goatis is innocent and the real victim in this, and also as we have nothing to hide. We're simply looking at the facts, and one ought to call a spade, a spade.

What Emily is doing, is almost like trying to find EVERY solution to get a car started and "driving" without actually providing it Gasoline, and insisting that it MUST be possible to find an alternative for a Gas Powered Engine.

At the same time, Emily is trying to convince everyone around her that "NO, NO, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND, THIS CAR CAN OPERATE WITHOUT GAS!" Simply Because she "says so".

If they try hard enough, maybe she believes they can "MANIFEST" with their collective energies into getting the Car to drive without gas, after all Manifestation can make anything possible!

Nevertheless, this is how the whimsical, fantasy minds of so many Women "work", as they tend to live in a bubble and far outside of reality.

This is true Tragicomedy.

The question now is, how many more Goal Posts will these frothing at the mouth slobs masturbate over for the next "possibilities" to emerge?

Meanwhile, Goatis and I will be enjoying our beautiful Summer while these clowns froth over themselves on any "crumb" of hopeful news that never amounts to anything, where there is not even anything going on.

Totally amazing. But as I've said, the desperation in these people especially Jake and Emily is most notable in the fact that they are trying to really pull out all the stops, and even try to try act like they are going to go above and beyond and "pursue other avenues", of things that don't really exist, they are just buttering up their subscribers to still have faith that "not all is lost" and that there are still open doors.

Imagine if you were entering a business agreement with someone about starting a business, and this person made it seem to you like they already purchased a property and invested in equipment and have experience.

Only to find out, that the person you made these agreements with, only is still in the process of "making plans / ideas" of doing those things, and actually has no real experience but is actually planning on going to school first to learn it, but didn't indicate that you first-hand until the last minute when it came down to making serious plans about a business agreement, only to find out that the "partner" of whom you were going to enter into these agreements, told you what he did on a hypothetical basis or a notion of him getting these things in "order" as if he already had things accomplished, but did not at the moment.

That is essentially what Emily and Jake are doing, and have been doing from the get-go with this, and it's also why they believe that they are going to use the Media to go all out to get as much attention to their "cause". They did this by hiring YouTube channels to perform features on them, but it backfired because now Goatis is gaining even more subscribers and support than ever.

The Spergs just keep on repeating "How the hell does he still have a channel!? How the Hell does he have so many supporters / subscribers?"

That is just how brain-dead and hum-drum dead in the brain these Zombies are in their heads, worse than a Neanderthal with their level of Low IQ's, since they ignore and disregard the talent and success that Goatis has had in his life. But they envy it, and try to downgrade it constantly.

What is impressive and telling about Emily's obsessive-compulsive tendencies, is how much she pays attention to some of the most useless analytical aspects of what someone says or didn't say, and just assumes that if the Judge or someone "didn't say" something, that it means something is a potential future "option".

Imagine applying her twisted form of logic to every day aspects of you lived, organized and managed your life! You'd get nothing accomplished!

You can keep calling someone a "Criminal" or "Fugitive" or "Wanted" all you want. It's all nothing but hot air, and yet these losers believe that just simply announcing these things, makes them "true" or "factual", when it clearly does not.

The fact that they feel the need to increase the rhetoric of these terms, just proves how hollow their cases and claims are, because they have nothing real to go off of.

The other fact here that many people will probably ignore or overlook, is the fact that there is no way Jake or Emily could even be serious on any level of what they are trying to achieve, because in all seriousness, if a Lawyer or Entity was to take a serious look into the case of the situation, the Lawyer would request, if not recommend, or a Judge would issue a Cease-and-Desist order to shut down the Parody YouTube Channels, as this is a STANDARD procedure that would be done in an actual valid case like this, and typically a Judge will rule that there is to be no contact, harassment, intimidation or involvement with the other party, and that would include creating any content to vilify, incite or create any mockery or harassment content online.

Believe me, when it comes to actual COURT OF LAW, when there is a VALID CASE - not a "perceived valid case" just because you yourself believe you have one - these things are taken extremely seriously, and the Judge and Lawyers for both parties would absolutely put the entertainment content they post under a microscope and it would be enough to either throw the case out on-demand, or otherwise the Cease-and-Desist order would be issued.

In the case of the Plaintiff "Emily", if she actually had a hired Lawyer who was legitimate, the Lawyer would not agree to even fight for her case with such content being online, and would insist that she must cease this activity completely.

None of that has even been approached on any level near, so that means that there is no actual party that is genuinely interested, with any kind of vested interest or whom is seriously or actively looking into any of the claims she has made for these cases, even though they may be paying Lip Service to Emily that they are or will, but once you look at the reality of the situation, you just see how absurd and ridiculous it is.

It is typical that Lip Service is given on such matters, but it's only done out of "Politeness" and "Procedures" under "Good Faith" that the filing party means well or is earnest in their intentions, but when it comes down to actual analysis and legal procedures, the tone behind closed doors changes drastically.

In fact, it's interesting but when I have made a previous claim to the illegitimacy of how they promote the parody content they do, Emily insists that it's simply her "right" because of Constitutional Laws which enforce Freedom of Speech along with Satire or Entertainment value part of YouTube's Guidelines, but those are completely different matters which have absolutely nothing to do with an on-going Criminal Case that is authentic or actually in progress for review on any real grounds.

AT BEST, all that has happened is a Case was Opened on the basis of some claims, but it lacks substantial evidence or party witnesses / relationships, and it ignores a whole host of prerequisites to make a case that is VALID.

Any Judge, and even the Lawyers of the Plaintiff would absolutely question and scrutinize why Emily, Jake or any of these other goons are making despicable and inappropriate Satire, Mockery and Defamation content online and trying to impersonate the people they are bringing up in these cases.

But I know that the cases have not even gotten that far, because on several grounds, the case does not have any legitimate witnesses or evidence, but also the fact that Emily is an EX PARTE or "Third Party", and she is even involving a country and authorities which have absolutely no grounds or jurisdiction for involvement in her psychotic claims.

She filed in a courthouse that is not even LOCAL to her, to avoid public and local scrutiny, so she immediately knows she would not be taken seriously nearby her, and interestingly enough, the Judge and other spokespersons she even admitted had questioned why she is even involving the agencies or authorities in the case she is, since such measures are only relegated to Local Authorities, typically Local Law Enforcement. If they don't / won't deal with it, nobody else will.

The other thing here, which should not even NEED to be justified or explained, but EVEN IF a Judge or group of Lawyers were to actively suddenly desire to take interest in any of these Matters, Goatis doesn't even live in Europe, and Emily and her Goatis Derangement Syndrome Crew have no idea where he lives!

In addition and most importantly: Emily Henderson has NEVER met with LUNA-TICK aka "Diane Van Den Bosch" in real life.

If her life was really in danger, do you think LUNA-TICK, Emily, Jake or any of them would post the entertainment and defamation content they do online!? They absolutely would not, and a Judge would immediately slam and dismiss the case based on that. The only reason they have not yet tossed the case out entirely is because they haven't been given a reason too yet and are "waiting" for evidence and witnesses that have never been proven or legitimate.

What Judge or Court system is going to look into all this nonsense!? Give me a break!

Even the MOST CORRUPT JUDGE ON EARTH would not even give a real look into any of this if there are not basics that are met to determine a valid case. No exceptions!
