One Thing I'm Very Grateful For About Goatis In Exposing The Gym & BodyBuilding Nonsense
Even in the years I was growing up, although bodybuilding was nowhere near the "cult" level it was today, the ones who were involved in bodybuilding, and especially popular celebrities of the time, were promoting a lot of fear porn to make it seem like we were taking grave risks with our lives by not working out.
We were told that if we did not work out when we were young and had a good workout regiment our entire lives, that we would suffer from Arthritis, Osteoporosis and all kinds of Bone, Muscle and Heart issues along with reduced mobility if we didn't work out.
As it turns out, I never developed these conditions or any kind of arthritis.
On the other hand, I witnessed nearly every single one of my peers who had a very active lifestyle in the trades where they destroyed their body, or people who went to the gym that no later than their 40's began developing arthritis, all kinds of bone, hip and spine issues, and have all kinds of flexibility problems and heart problems as they've aged, from putting their body through such torture.
A lot of them today walk with canes and walkers. And I use neither.
The way that most gym gurus and other people who were into the lifestyle would make us feel a sense of guilt and fear as if we would really suffer if we did not go.
We were also made to believe that after mid-life, if we did not incorporate the gym into our lives, we would face all kinds of dangerous injuries from not flexing and using all kinds of muscles of ours regularly.
On the contrary, I've seen all the bodybuilders live their lives with issues from injuries that make them more prone to relapse injuries, especially of certain muscles or ligaments they tore really badly, including a ruptured spleen, even hurnias, and also damage and wear done to the spinal "discs" which are all common injury in the bodybuilding world.
One thing I learned from most bodybuilders is that these injuries are just to be "expected" and that you just "deal with them in life".
In fact, during the times I was growing up in, there was a common religious theme of "God takes life away from you, and gives it instead to me." as a Narcissistic slogan that a gym-goer would use against the non gym-goer.
Today we even have the scientific backing of how all the conditions that come about from a very active lifestyle, are detriment to one's health and hormones, along with the massive amount of deaths and horrible aging we see from very physically active people.
There's a guy that Goatis reviewed, he ate well and everything but he exercised too much, so I went to ask him why he exercised so much? And he answered this:
ReplyDelete"I've trained my whole life, I'm conditioned, I feel strong, it gives me insane mental benefits, clarity. If you haven't trained consistently and grown up playing sports then you probs wouldn't understand. You get soft and stressed easily. Everything is relative"
What caught my attention was the last part that says: "You get soft and stressed easily. Everything is relative" he is definitely an NPC, he can't be calm and enjoy life, it's funny because the guy eats very well, meat, organs, but there is definitely something that there is no turning back in his being, no matter how much he eats well, he is still an empty shell, and I see this more and more with insight because as you say it seems like there is no turning back.
We can thank the stupid sports culture for this nonsense as well.
ReplyDeleteAll searching for the god dam Fountain of Youth, through exercise. Losers. All of them. My pops, an old school Italian, hated sports with a passion. The man was right.
There is a YT personality Lillie Kane who eats the "carnivore diet." She looks less healthy than she did one or two years ago, like she's aged 5-7 years in the last year. And she's only making it worse by switching to "animal based" because of her "bloodwork". She works out which I think it causing the aging. She's even begun to say that she (rarely) eats broccoli. Wow. Like PSA, I would rather potatoes if I HAD to eat a vegetable. She recently quit raw milk due to the "cost" which is odd because she gets thousands per year from ad revenue, sale of (I'm assuming) goods and services that all these "healthtubers" sell, and product sponsorships, as well as whatever other income they have. So now she's gone from the "meat and raw milk girl" to the "brussels sprouts and electrolyte powder and protein powder" girl. So I don't know if they're living high off the hog because of the YT income, and reached a breaking point where they need to scale bavk to keep the house, or what. She tracks every bite that she eats using some "Chronometer" thing. I think she's just getting burned out from working out and obsessively tracking her macros/micros like these bodybuilders Goatis reviews.
DeleteI just realized that they are probably fitness coaches. Here's a link for an interview she had with Kellogg's granddaughter: https://youtu.be/uouclbBzdQo?si=VxnXE-YP5hWcFnKo
DeleteQuitting exercise is one of the best things I've ever done. I've never felt more at peace than when I was doing nothing all day.
ReplyDeleteOn a side note, I was reading a forum page about the meaning of life and how when you die you should NOT go into the light. Because if you do, your memory will be wiped and you will reincarnate. It describes these Reptilian beings called "Archons" and how they enslaved humans and trapped us in this planet to undergo a perpetual cycle of reincarnation, and how they feed off of our "negative emotions" such as fear and anxiety. Since they are low vibrational beings.
When you die and you encounter the light, these beings will impersonate something like Jesus, God, Angels, Guardian Angles, or people you loved, to wave at you to come into the light, which is a trap. People who are exposed to religion, even if atheist, are more likely to fall for this since even if they were atheist before, they might see this themselves and believe that they may have been wrong, and fall for the trap.
The forum uses points of evidence through people who have had near-death experiences, as in actually seeing the tunnel of light but then being able to come back into their physical body. The CIA also participated in "Remote-Viewing" which is basically like a telepathic ability to remotely view people from far away distances. It is something that can be trained. And according to the forum, three highly-trained remote viewers (which weren't told about the tunnel of light), were asked to remote-view what happens after death, and they described the exact same scenario, a tunnel of light, and or a being like God, Jesus, or an Angel.
"In many other remote viewing projects made by Farsight Institute such as Area 51, Oumuamua, Zeus, The War In Heaven among others, they have often psychically perceived these aggressive, evil-looking Reptilian beings with psychopathic minds who always try to control, conquer and manipulate other beings. The Reptilians seem to be always invading, subverting and manipulating less advanced races using their technology for control and domination."
There is also this guy on Youtube, who through past life regression hypnosis or whatever it was called, performs these sessions with subjects and are able to speak to beings in the astral realm such as "Freddie Mercury".

I am not sure how much of this is true. But at least it provides a potential explanation for the soul trap of reincarnation.

Most of us here are aware of the Archons.
DeleteYou are correct in your assessment. Not sure about the light thing. I don't think it matters. What is important is that a person don't take shit from these entities, and that they consider themselves and "independent" thinker in the afterlife. Be a bad ass. Don't take shit from anyone and don't be intimidated by anyone or anything.
Life is not complicated, but we tend to complicate the shit out of it. Afterlife is probably the same way.
Cheers!
Got it, don't take shit from anyone or anything.
DeleteCheers
I like martial arts but I never will say that exercise is healthy
DeleteYeah, but have you seen this specimen?
ReplyDeleteLook at the hip flexibility & core strength.
One can only imagine his general endurance.
Also, notice the Friedrich Ludwig Jahn on the wall in one of the gyms. :D
