ReplyDeleteThe biggest impact from Goatis, for me, has been the health of my gut. I have clean movements from my system now, due to a raw diet attitude. No veggies. No more fruits, for the most part as well.

DeleteI'm actually probably one of the worst people to ask, I don't actually even know much about Calisthenics. Believe it or not, only began hearing about it once seeing it brought up on the Goatis Channel. I've never really been much into Athletics or Sports, I live under a rock outside of most activities that interest me, haha.
@PSA exercise aside, are there any specific ways to gain weight? I am 5’11 and weigh 140lbs which is probably too light for a man. What is your recommendation for a healthy male weight at an average height?
DeleteI tend to lack an appetite but usually go through a pound of meat per day aswell as a few other foods.
In terms of muscle mass, I feel like it’s overrated as only NPCs idolise men who are ripped and think muscles are masculine. Just a normal level of natural muscle mass, without going to the gym is ideal. In fact gaining some fat could be a good idea as Aajonus claimed fat helps protect the body from some of the toxins.
Goatis said in a fight, having strong bones are more important than muscle mass which makes sense. Some men have such a bad skeletal frame and hormone levels, that even with muscle mass, they appear weak. Whereas some skinny men can be intimidating, when they have the right hormones and skeletal frame.

This happens every so often, I just know me and the person aren't compatible in someway, and this has made me feel and act like awkward around them and I can tell they are now judging me for acting awkward or uncomfortable. I feel like we have no connection or raport even though I've tried, like nothing about what I say to her or she says to me ever clicks or breaks through this weird shell.
Her body language and vocal intonation also throws me off.
But I feel like I'm the only one clearly being affected by this, and other people seem fine around her. idk why
Oh also- I'm pretty sure she's already criticized or talked bad about me to my manager on the first day- not confirmed, but I heard my manager defending someone when she was talking to the girl, and saying "no I like her, I think it's just because she's..."- I then left so I didn't overhear anything I didn't want to hear. I remember the girl also introduced me to another employee and when we were talking she would be looking at the other person the whole time almost like she already formed a narrative about me and she is trying to gauge/confirm with others if they think the same about me......

DeleteIt simply means that you both come from different cuts of fabric, but typically that you both have Spiritual Dissonance, which means that you are likely "Enemies" in another realm, perhaps even from Past Lives, and maybe even someone you have met again in this lifetime, spiritually speaking.
The other thing is that as I also have mentioned before, we are all plugged into different Timelines or Frequency Levels in this physical existence, which also means that those who are not on the same one as you will not respond the way they should respond or things do not operate in harmony or as they should with another.
Some people do resonate very negative and demonic energies, so you might even be encountering that, but It's difficult for me to pinpoint the differences between you and her without knowing or perceiving both of your energies in-person, but I guess this is the best explanation I could probably give you here.
Demonic Beings emanate disturbing vibrations from their voices and energy fields, even sometimes to where it can disrupt your own sense of balance where you might feel uncomfortable or difficult to be around them or even speak in front of them.
I encounter such types all the time.
It's not just you, it's your senses telling you something. People don't just have offputting vocal intonations or energies for no reason, it comes from somewhere on the Etheric levels.
There are some very very bad entities out there.

Your writings about you're experiences with people always felt relatable, but I wasn't 100% sure if I was feeling the same things.... but now I think so, and if so, this feels like a solved puzzle piece that explains very much everything!
I cannot understate, how I've felt this way with most people my entire life- some more than others. It's the #1 cause of social issues and life problems for me. I've almost never felt connected to anyone, truly and strongly -except the guy I mentioned earlier. I usually feel unsettled and uncomfortable talking with most people- if I try to act like them to fit in, I feel unnatural and awkward- and don't agree with or understand why they are approaching me or talking to me the way they do. This gets worse around certain people, better with others.
Also these people I meet never seem to mask like I do- or meet ME in the middle, and almost always seem to find plenty of people they easily get along with.
Also I want to apologize because I believe my writing might sound off, as I am still unsettled, and I also worry I might be typing like how I would talk to the girl.
I think the girl and I are definitely on different frequencies as you say-
even the timing of her speech and body movements was tripping me up. And how she looked at me and how long she would do it for, as well as the tempo and tone of her voice. I was also getting a lot of other confusing mixed messages from all of this, but it would take too long to list everything. I felt very unsetteled and upset after the interaction, especially suspecting that she is probably going to say something bad about me to someone
I think we should trust our instincts as you say, it's not there for no reason.
But I also find the cause of these differences very interesting...

DeleteI have experienced these things from the earliest days of my life, including multiple people at a time in public, from teachers, you name it... There's almost not a day that goes by that I do not experience it, unless I don't go out or just don't happen to get exposure to a lot of people, such as in winter.
The thing that made me go on a quest to understand more about these things throughout my life, is the constant exposure and issues of it, particularly where groups of them, even people who are not related or knowledgeable about each other suddenly are willing to unite in a campaign or something against me.
The experiences have been too common to not simply write off as someone not liking me, etc. There are occurrences on the Etheric realm.
I rarely am the type of person to try to fit in any environment, unless there is a serious risk or consequence that entails from it, which does happen from time to time. I usually get very confrontational with others, especially if I don't like them.
The thing is, while I have seen activities that occur to me, get done to other people, it's very rare, and it's usually myself that is picked out of a whole room of other people, including by homeless people bothering me out in public.
The thing is I would notice that there would be nothing sensible about the patterns, and why I get constantly harassed while other people, even outright losers or others worthy of getting criticism, always get overlooked by others.
Believe me, it is not easy to come across understanding these things.
I grew up most of my life not knowing about Organic Portals, however I had a "semblance" based on my intuition and visions about certain people being like "Fake" of "Plastic" people who aren't real, but I couldn't put it in words.
I also had period revelations that hit me through my Teens and Twenties, but I did not have an Intellectual understanding about Organic Portals [NPC's] until my thirties, and as you know, such topics are generally forbidden and taboo, even now they are still taboo since the average person will think someone is insane, because they are usually NPC's.
It takes time to establish that these things are not just about you doing different things than the masses, but that there is something about oneself that is triggering these NPC's to attack.
And yes, for NPC's to not act themselves, is not weird, cringey or uncomfortable for them. It's pretty much second nature, and that's why they are so good at lying and acting, pretending to be into things or people that they really aren't.
I can give you an example of something where I was specifically discriminated against. I waiting once in a line for a grand opening of some store, and while everyone was asked for some Membership Card, of which I didn't have or know about, although not required, I was immediately given a nasty look by the person who came around in the line check before we got to get in, and basically they rebuffed me that I was not able to get some ridiculous souvenir that I didn't even know about or care about, and they did nothing to help suggest where I would get this membership. But the thing is, before this even came up, they gave me dirty looks and did not do this to anyone else in a line of about 50 people.
I also had a similar incident occur to me at some Summer outdoor Camp / BBQ / Celebration thing I went too, which I even PAID FOR a few summers ago, and the lady who was in charge of distribution or handing out the food meals and everything, held an atittude specifically against me and was trying to pull out tactics all the time as if I was not being patient, so on and so forth, while she was disorderly about everything.
There are a lot of evil people out there.

DeleteI'll give you example today. I was out today for about 4 hours, grabbed breakfast and had to go to an appointment which was about 1 hour. But in that timeframe, I witnessed today 2 very evil people in public, out of maybe having seen about 100-200 or so people in the span of my activities today.
No Demonic or peculiar beings where I had breakfast at, but at my appointment, I saw 2 Demonic Human Entities, and one of them immediately recognized me and kept glaring at me. Someone I did not know, and I got the worse vibrations from this person. It was some Strange Man, who I do not know and pretty sure he didn't know me. The other being I saw did not look at me or anything but I just noticed he was another Demonic Man. No Demonic Women today so far.
Every day is simply a luck of the draw. There are days I go by without seeing Demonic Humans, but I will ALWAYS see NPC's. There is not a day that goes by where I do not see NPC's, they are the predominant factor.

DeleteTo go back to what you are experiencing, there is definitely a clashing of energies, and it's usually from Demonic Presence. Although NPC's can do the same thing sometimes, it's not really as prominent. The beings who trip you up on your words just make you feel very uncomfortable around their presence and like you are a bother or otherwise just the sound of their voice is enough to make you uncomfortable.
The worst part, is that they can often pretend as if they are empathetic and caring / concerned about you, yet they typically only do this either if it's required as part of their job or interactions with you or if they are trying to assert their authority over you.
For example, I ordered a Steak Sandwich at a gas station some years ago, and there was this girl who worked there. Now, she was very good at what she did, very on top of basically everything, but when you looked into her eyes, you just saw this very dark, cold person... Her voice also had a very negative intonation to it, yet she was extremely meticulous with everything even down to placing my order, and even the order was done extra well, I can't complain about that. She didn't taint my food or anything even energetically, because some will do that.
But the thing is she would always talk over me and remind me of things and also these "points I have" and some birthday reward under the pretense as if I didn't know about something, but our voice would commence at the same time on that and many other things, but not in a harmonious way.
A very weird experience, and I had it every time I'd go in there to order a sandwich, and whenever she saw me, she would give me this most creepy look and I could just feel she was looking into my soul but we recognized that we are in NO WAY the same beings.
So this is the thing, some Demonic beings also are not "actively" always conspiring against all people indiscriminately or at all times, they may even be inclined to be honest or tell you something truthful as well, but you will just always feel this raging animosity and darkness from them.
Oh wow, I feel like I've seen what you're talking about all my life- never had any intellectualization of it either, just the fact I had to live among people who did not feel on the same 'wavelength' as me. It's led to a lot of confusion, loneliness, and bitterness in my life.
DeleteI've also been 'weirdly' targeted in the ways you mention, I basically expect it now, but it's still made my life miserable and it can be very dangerous especially when it interferes with your ability to survive or have a life. It even happened on a school placement, where other students mistakes were barely noticed or forgiven, whereas when I made a mistake they were way harder on me, down to how wet I made a towel, was grounds for them to weave a narrative about me that almost set me up to fail- while giving me close to 0 guidance on how to improve.
Also, do you ever get asked random personal questions, that seem to not matter at all and make no sense why the person cares? I've had this happen a lot, and I was always confused why people cared for such boring details about me, which also were such dead-end conversational questions.
You might think maybe- their just trying to make friends the NPC way! But.... a lot of the time I felt like they weren't genuinely interested in me- even if they pretended to be, and I never became friends with them either.
And the way you described the situation that happened in the line- Seems also odd... I can't imagine that being something to get worked up over, and the fact she didn't even tell you how to get a membership- which I'm sure would have benefited the store she seems to take very seriously..... seems as if she was trying to punish you, or is just discriminating against you in the first place, which makes no sense...?
And in the BBQ lady situation.... I see what you mean,
I hate to hear people like that women are even in charge of passing out food to people. Maybe passing out the food was a position of authority or something that could make her look good to others. I don't trust NPCs or demonic types either, with that 'cute' 'wholesome' passing out food at a BBQ celebration image I'm sure they'd love to portray meanwhile their evil programming is coming out. I also find it ironic when people try to project a 'good' image yet are completely unaware or uncaring of their behaviors that re actually going against people not on their 'treat good script'. This is why I am even more convinced these people are following some sort of script, as if they can't actually care about something or how they act unless they're supposed to. It's also just odd.
I also notice if you address these people head on- you'll get nothing but a fight out of it, and they'll start targeting you. But then if they criticize you you're expected to bend to them, and they often seem to have the power and people to enforce that!
And yes, I've seen the 'dregs' being treated better and even having more confidence and larger social networks than me or people alike.
People will even go to lengths excusing bad behavior on people they 'like', while you might be innocent or well meaning- and they'll look for something wrong with you or look for an excuse to set you up.
Problem is, for me it seems easy to get into the outed category. I'm not horribly dressed or anything, my hygiene is fine, at most I can act awkward or 'too' quiet according to others, but that's for the reasons I described anyway. I for example, was treated like the spawn of satan by my peers and school, when I posted 1 offensive word in highschool on social media, despite years of being quiet and not messing with anybody- Then got a barage of bullying and even the school gave me their max punishment for what I did.
While you'll see kids physically or verbally abusing other kids- or stealing, and it does almost nothing to their reputation or change how people treat them. Even the school might just give a slap on the wrist type-punishment, or even try to emphasize with the perpetrator!

Problem with NPCs, their good is artificial and kind of fake and soulless- and doesn't apply if it's not in the script. And then many people I've found with a spirit that strays from NPC, were just... using that power for bad purposes, like being succesful in the NPC system(like popularity) and just got their heads in the sand in that way, when it comes to the 'system'.

Even when I was a 'cute' kid, a lot of my female peers would 'mother' me, I'm sure from some sort of programmed 'maternal instinct'. Ironically although it might seem like a 'good' programming, it made me feel deeply uncomfortable and like I was being treated like someone who I wasn't. I felt unseen and like an imposter in their company.
And surprise surprise, once I stopped being cute, all of these girls became complete strangers to me, showing it wasn't about who I truly was in the first place.
Yes- I find most NPCs deeply immoral malicious, opportunistic, and hypocrites. Even if you come across a seemingly friendly one, if you don't fit into their group or give them the reactions they want, they'll target you in someway.
Of course, the first time I read your comments, I remember feeling caught off guard and being hit by a mix of feelings like I recognized you and that you are this certain type of person that I can't put my finger on, familiarity, and assumptions about you including what type of person you are, yet what people think you. I also felt like 'lightbulbs' were going on with almost everything you said, and feeling shocked, like I couldn't believe you were saying these things because a lot of them were things I felt like I had secretly thought, and it was just me who thought them.
The rest is hard for me to put into words, but I felt like I could see that most people would target/attack you and misunderstand you, but at the same time knowing that they are wrong and do not understand you, I also assumed you experienced this a lot, and assumed a sort of frustratration and hurt on your end was underneath. And there is something more to you that I couldn't put my finger on, but I believe a lot of it gets addressed in this blog lol.
But, I'm not sure if my wording really captures it, it was more so a 'feeling'.

DeleteYes, sometimes it can even be tricky... There are some NPC's that can also at times come across as intelligent or actually even quite normal.
The way to tell if someone is a Hybrid Demon rather than a Fixed Demon, is the Hybrids host various entities that come and go, and sometimes they are "not" hosted. The Hybrids tend to constantly run hot and cold with their personality and at times they will seem normal or indifferent, and other times as if something Demonic in them is suddenly switched "ON".
Demons always have self-awareness and greater intelligence, so they are not as easily duped whereas the NPC's are. NPC's are straight up followers.
It is interesting how you all talk about this stuff. And I deal with it all the time.
ReplyDeleteMy deal lately is to actually embrace these fucks, and confront them. I don't back down from them, ever. I got out of my way to do the OPPOSITE of what they expect out of me. And I get a laugh at the look on their faces when they know that I am not the man you want to mess with. I am a very laid back person, but I am very serious about things. And someone who does not take kindly to rude people. These NPC Archons bitches know me, and I just give them a look sometimes, that stops them in their tracks.
Remember, at the end of the day, they are all about deceptions. And they are cowards as well.
@Joey Aragaon, Yes it is true and while that can be hard to remember directly in the moment, they are indeed all cowards. They have numerous capabilities to try to pull off some snarky confidence and attitudes, but it's all fake. In reality they are extremely cowardly behind it all.
