My Review on Goatis of the Video "You Are In Hell"

I figured I would offer a comprehensive review on this video that Goatis had done, especially since some of the relevant items of discussion in it, have been some controversial points of interest that some people on here have also been wondering.

I kind of wish Goatis did not wrap up this video to just explain the only be all end all solution to be based on one's diet, because it diverts from the fact that we do live in an actual Prison system, even if it can be nice at times. Nevertheless, it maybe gives a good opportunity to explain the interpretation Goatis has here in what he is trying to convey in his message.

On a general basis, what Goatis suggests in this video is 50% true, or at least it is mainly true on the basis of someone who suffers from being a negative biochemical state, who suddenly becomes biochemically healthy.

And I can tell you from my own experiences, because I have lived in both states back and forth in my own life, even irrespective of diet in how one maintains a correct biochemical state.

However, diet as you know plays a very huge role along with stress management, in how one maintains a correct biochemical state.

But the thing is, you cannot simply change your biochemical state in a form that it somehow "negates" negative circumstances in your life.

For example, eating raw meat or being biochemically "fit" will not prevent Parasitic people from seeking you out, or dealing with life hardships or struggles.

Don't get me wrong, it may help you "navigate" the struggle a bit better. You may have a little more motivation or ability to cope, but not entirely, and you will still be subjected to Depression.

However, there is a case for "biochemical" Depression, which can co-exist from Depression from your life circumstances, or even independently.

But the difference with biochemical Depression, is that it's a negatively-oriented type of Depression, where it invokes a "Misery Loves Company" approach.

What a lot of people confuse for example of most of us who are Anti-Natalists, is that they might automatically believe that we just believe you ought not to enjoy anything or have any pleasure in life because "it all makes no point in the end, since this existence is meaningless".

And if you have been able to read between the lines on what I have always promoted, I have NEVER suggested anyone should be indifferent to pleasure, even in a meaningless existence like this. In fact, I suggest crafting your life in a way, if at all possible to make it 90% pleasure and 10% everything that is uncomfortable and related repair, maintenance and issues.

This is why I suggest not being completely Nihilistic about this existence, or even religious or ideological when it comes to even a philosophy such as Anti-Natalism, or any philosophy for that matter. The issue with becoming ideological about something, even something you are passionate about, is that it will blind you to reality including other variables or even sudden disruptions or changes to dynamics that you will overlook, all because of subscribing to something Ideologically.

Humans seem to have a major issue in balancing not becoming Ideological while simultaneously not becoming Unprincipled in the process of something.

But you can even be in the most optimal biochemical state, and yet if a person you love "dies" or some kind of tragedy comes upon your life, this will not prevent you from experiencing Depression or having a Negative outlook on life.

There are definitely days I do wake up where I have some things I really look forward to and get excited about, or want to be around to witness, but the difference is that I recognize these things without forgetting the overall picture of life. But I can still allow myself to enjoy the things which are enjoyable and give pleasure.

The difference with someone who is biochemically depressed and in a bad state is in stark contrast to someone who is just depressed, because someone in a biochemically unhealthy state approaches life all the time from a "what difference does it make" attitude, and is always trying to downplay or negatively associate everything, and they become "uncomfortable" with others who experience happiness, and want to cause a rain shower to occur on anyone's parade.

You will recognize the difference of such people, because they become extremely uncomfortable and unhappy around someone who experiences something positive or if they are ever happy, and they try to foster a "misery loves company" reality.

These people also seek out others who are immensely negative like they are, to bathe in their own misery together, and to try to destroy others who are happy.

A person in a biochemically positive state, seeks to celebrate with others who are happy, rather than drag them down to their level, even if they are depressed.

Part of our Human Programming, however, can blind someone to easily forgetting how much of a Hellscape this really is while you are happy or experiencing pure bliss, because your Energetic Vibration is changed, and chemicals in your brain will make you forget the bad experiences, and particularly because it makes you overlook or forget the past and not be concerned about the future when you are in a happy state.

Only a highly conscious being can recognize that they still live in hell and not forget it even while living in a purely blissful state, and can simultaneously hold onto both understandings without it impeding on the happiness or bliss during an experience.

But Goatis is right where he states that eating right is the start, I definitely agree with this because if one corrects their biochemistry state, this rules out all other factors or chances of other things not being in  order, and then you can rule out the rest of anything based on your own life experiences and circumstances.

Being in such a healthy state, will make you deal better with life hardships, but you must understand, only to some degree. And since we all depend on having to have positive and rewarding experiences, we need to at least have "some" now and then, and not zero or just "one" experience.

The people who are actually biochemically unhappy, are just miserable and a burden to even be around.

It is important to not overlook the signifiance of suffering. And I never had said you can avoid all suffering, but the trouble seems to exist where Humans fall into this trap to not realize that we are not designed to endure constant suffering, and they then also fall into these delusions to believe that suffering has a purpose or builds character somehow or makes them stronger, when it actually does not. Every suffering event you have, you emerge weaker and with your energy resolves permanently reduced, if even to a very small degree.

We may experience "slivers" of Paradise now and then, but it is more than obvious we do not live in a Paradise on a relative basis, because we all have Mortality and live in an Entropic world, everything here can be destroyed more easily than created, and pain or boredom are a more static state than Pleasure and Good Times.

If you cook a nice fancy tasty meal, it takes you 3 hours to make it and 15 minutes to consume it.

There is no arguing this fact.

Even to manufacture most products, it takes far more resources and energy compared to the net product or output or result. Even with something as simple as manufacturing Maple Syrup.

The other fact is that people we love or know whom we may share our life journies with will age and eventually die, and that is definitely not a "paradise". You can call it Nature, but it also means not everything about Nature is beautiful.

If we lived in a realm that was truly positive, abundant and vibrant, less efforts could bring about even more results and compunding over time, and experiencing natural evolution in our time of existing and building what we do. We also would not have spend so much in forms of coping and problem-solving, to deal with existential issues that simply relate to the Entropic Laws of this Universe, and our own limitations and restrictions.

Also, a prerequisite for the case of Evolution would mean that Life actually gets Easier as you Age.

Life never gets easier for people as they get older, and the fact that you are not even able to maintain your Physical and Mental falculties as you age, proves without a shadow of a doubt that this place is a Hellscape and that there are absolutely better possibilities of existence than this.

We spend our entire lives building and manufacturing products and technologies to help us circumvent our limitations as Humans, especially in this physical realm, to expand our possibilities, even at a great risk and expense to our lives and health. That proves that this could not possibly be a Paradise.

  1. I enjoyed this video a lot (e.g., the part when he gets a little bit louder and more aggressive when making an important point) and I understand that he tries to find a positive outlook and outcome for himself and humanity. But I also agree with you. If we take Maslow’s hierarchy of needs (I am not suggesting that Abraham Maslow's theory is comprehensive and fully accurate), then we see that physiological needs are not the only needs that need to be met... and that's it. Of course, modern food leads to people not even having this basic need met, but once we repair this problem, there are lots of other problems. And reality is structured in such a way that new problems will *always* emerge. There is no permanent escape from misery.

    1. @Eike, It is a great video and covers a lot of good detail.

The main point I'd just like to drive home is that I believe people should always understand that what Goatis promotes is based on a world that is "ideal" and "balanced" even the idea of having children if it were to ever have been a more positive experience, that would be in times past, and most definitely does not apply to the current world we live in, no matter how much wealth or security you have. Although that does help, it does not change the Human condition or misfortunes and people your children will be forced to "endure" who will traumatize their lives.

The type of world we live in now, is one where, you could even try to EAT properly and do everything right the way you should, and it will still not change a thing or permit you a better future.

We are up against some of the most absurd challenges and disinformation that confront us in our lives in the times we live in, and everything and everyone are perpetually working against you.

For example, while I don't promote the idea that being Anti-Social is a good thing, I also can't just suggest you need to "Go out there and socialize bruv" and go "Join a club" and "Make things happen".

The problem is that a lot of people love to promote this cotton candy approach to life and as if life is just waiting for you to blossom, but the reality, we do not have the ability to just make those things happens.

A lot of it, if it occurs in our life is based on luck or other external circumstances that are beyond our control.

And in most cases, odds favor that those who embark upon luck and unique circumstances, more often are NPC's and other undesirables.

You are also right, even when you solve one problem, more problems emerge, because whatever you used or took to repair that one problem, creates a "void" that needs to be filled in its place. Everything here is limited, including the resources, and things have a tendency to go more "wrong" than they do "right", and to increase the odds for something to go right, all kinds of mitigation efforts and resolve are required, and that always dips into the pools of resource, both tangible and energetic resources.

    2. "We are up against some of the most absurd challenges [...]" Now, this sentence acutally improved my mood a little bit. Whenever I think about in what kind of extreme life I have been put into, there is some kind of positive emotion in me. We really live in a special time in history. At least we have that...

  2. Great post. I knew this was coming and felt like Goatis was somewhat incorrect here, especially when he said he lives in heaven.

I gradually over time, realised sad truths about this existence. Then I discovered your blog and further went down the rabbit hole of just how bad our reality is. Whilst I am a huge fan of your work, discovering your work, which is really just the reality of this existence, made me uncover harsh truths which beat me down so to speak.

Learning all these harsh truths about reality made me no longer care and essentially give up on life or trying. I lack motivation and essentially just want to end my time here. However when I was a brainwashed slave who didn’t understand these harsh truths, I was young and full of ambition. In fact I did enjoy life quite a lot and was easily able to roll with the punches.

I’m glad you recommend still enjoying the pleasures we do have in this life, whilst still remembering the prison, yet also not letting this conclusion blunt the pleasurable experience. I unfortunately have been seeing the whole world as extremely pointless and not even wanting to experience pleasurable things as I see greater solace in non existence.

It’s annoying because I am fully done with life but I am too scared to end it, so I essentially am forced to ‘play’. Yet even if I played the game really well, I won’t get much reward from it due to how pointless it is and how rigged the financial system is. You may call me an NPC for this but I do like the idea of having a lot of wealth. I feel like having lots of money gives more freedom. I want to be rich so I can quit my job and pay for good experiences in this world. I am not bothered about fast cars or big houses. Just enough money to eat well and not have to work. I feel like my lack of motivation to work simply comes from how little reward we get for our work, as I can be hard working, given the incentive.

In a weird way, I miss the sheep version of myself. I was a lot happier when asleep, and had an actual fire and drive inside of me. I was a good tool for the system sure, but being asleep made me appreciate the wins and pleasures I obtained in life. I used to be disciplined, hard working and took care of my health.

Now I am not fully awake, as I am well aware that there are more darker facts I haven’t learned about, yet now I am so called ‘awake’, I don’t care about anyone or anything.

I neglect my sleep, undereat and just drink alcohol most days. I don't budget my finances because I don’t care and believe money is rigged anyway. I still manage to save some money only because I stay away from women and don't eat much. I just don’t have the fight to do anything and am just watching my pointless life crumble in front of my very eyes.

    1. @Kyle,

Yes, Thank you and I figured this video he did was very timely and in line with a lot of frustrations you also expressed more lately, so I definitely believed it would have appealed to you quite a bit.

"I unfortunately have been seeing the whole world as extremely pointless and not even wanting to experience pleasurable things as I see greater solace in non existence."

I would just say do not let this type of mentality plague you from denying yourself pleasurable experiences, because in the process, you will lose energy, even if your interest is non-existence. Though I understand where you are coming from.

"It’s annoying because I am fully done with life but I am too scared to end it"

This all the more proves how much of a trap this place is, and that it was systemically designed to make it dangerous and yet painful to remove ourselves from here, yet painful and dangerous to still endure it.

On the topic about money, having money is not a bad thing. Maybe what I describe seems confusing, but the point I mostly make is you should never live for money or work to serve it. And to never value everything through the lens of money. That is where it will destroy you. Money by and large, is still based on an idea.

The happier you will be, exists when you do not have to make it a focal point, but at least living in a way where it naturally finds it way to you through the type of work you perform.

Having freedom and purchasing power is important, because it helps get things done, and I wouldn't suggest otherwise. There's a difference between being only money-oriented, and that's where the NPC's differ.

I don't know if what I'm describing makes sense, but the NPC's only see things through the lens of money and what others can for them, and it's why they are also willing to betray others for the benefit of money.

      Delete
    2. All that being said to you Kyle, and others, I do want to stress the fact though that even as meaningless as this existence is, avoiding pleasure will only destroy you further, so never feel guilty for indulgence. The problem is that the system we live under, many pleasurable things also can be geared to destroy you (for example like alcohol) so you have to find the right course to implement it. Then at the same time, we have religious zealots who try to guilt-trip others for desiring pleasure or making it seem like a weakness that we need pleasure.

Be that as it may, even as a weakness, having constant need, it is a curse placed upon us. The problem is, if one tries to overcome it, they also will lose energy and actually become weaker in the process.

That's why I've never been an advocate of delayed gratification or sacrifices, and self-denial. That's what Christians and others try to do, because they know that the decent people will feel guilty to indulge and therefore can be more easily exploited and lose their energy.

    3. @PSA It’s really hard to break that nihilistic mindset because I feel like I have to fake it. Faking that I am enjoying these experiences and ignoring the bitter truth underneath. I want to bring back that optimism however I don’t want to be seen as a ‘coper’ or NPC glamourising this existence.

The thing is I really enjoyed my childhood. Occasionally there were bad days but I loved my life. Then I discovered Nihilism and also how bad we get treated by this reality when we reach old age. The Covid was the last straw where I fully began the downward spiral.

Point being I can definitely enjoy this realm if I am not so tied down to a job, have my shit together, and have the financial freedom to do pleasurable things. In this existence, I only really despise the Nihilism, physical pain and the work slavery we are subjected to. Everything else is only slightly bad, neutral or positive.

Life to me is a pointless and fairly a neutral drag, where the goal is to avoid physical pain and acquire good experiences. Mental pain can be just as bad in some ways, but physical pain is what terrifies me about this realm.

The self deletion is a huge trap and I genuinely do believe some people would be hurt. Of course, I will have the people in my life who will be a little upset then move on a few days later, but luckily I have people in my life who would genuinely be ruined for months if not years if I did do that. Of course I could be wrong, but I sense the genuine pain they would go through. The fear of the unknown and physical pain is what prevents me. Also to a lesser extent, the fear of missing out on the occasional good experiences life does have to offer.

As for money, I do believe my life would be so much better if I had a lot of it. However I am not going to work 40 hours a week for a mere few hundred bucks extra per week. I will stick to my 20 hours per week job for a lower pay but more freedom. It would be nice if I could find a way to achieve financial freedom without luck or having to bust my ass off.

However it’s pretty much impossible to get rich without luck and putting in lots of energy into it. Also only having a few thousand bucks, or my case british pounds is not going to do much. It takes having lots of money already, to make lots of money.

In terms of my physical health, I should definitely start taking care of it as my bio chemical state will be better. Also I don’t want be ‘diseased up’ suffering all sorts of cancers and clogged arteries from a bad lifestyle. However that could still happen even with a perfect diet due to all the pollution and chemicals aswell as 23 years of bad food, there is no outrunning that. Eating the wrong foods causes irreversible damage. Also 3-4 years of heavy alcohol consumption (around 20-25 beers per week), has also sped up my aging process and left entropic scars. I don’t like the impractical meat suit I exist in, it is so delicate by design.

    4. @PSA what are your pleasures? I believe you have done a good job with alcohol and only have 1-2 drinks per week. Unfortunately I struggle with that as after I have had 1, I generally have a lot more and can’t say no to myself.

In terms of diet, do you ever have bad foods like donuts, chocolate, fast food to indulge in? I recall you eat 70-90% animal based. I would say I am around the 40% animal based range. I tend to have raw milk, raw eggs, lightly cooked steaks and fully cooked ground beef. I also eat potatoes, rice, mangos, chocolate, coca cola, bread. Other foods are less commonly consumed. Ideally I need to improve my diet to hopefully lessen how badly these chronic diseases will manifest. The only health complaint I have at age 23 is bad circulation because even in mild temperatures, my feet can be cold. Probably not a good sign and maybe a sign of already clogged arteries, terrifying stuff.

    5. @PSA totally right, sometimes people just break and they can’t be fixed or enjoy life anymore no matter what fortunes get handed to them.

I do hate people like that, especially women who love to say “just go to therapy”, or become a hard working provider. They don’t realise how hard things can be because everything gets handed to them and they believe men are capable of creating wealth simply because they are male. and that being poor is a mans fault. These women will gaslight you into believing its your bad negative mindset.

    6. @Kyle, Sun, Music, Energy Drinks, Sex, Staring at Women, Nature and Good Food. That's really about it.

Oddly enough, even what remaining love I do have sometimes for alcohol, particularly in mixed drinks, I'm finding less and less desire for it overtime as I get older, but it especially started to become less after I got more into heavier meat eating a few years ago.

Sometimes I find alcohol to be a hindrance because I hate the feeling of not being in control and on top of things and then tired or out of it.

Out of all the foods you eat, in my view, not necessarily Goatis, but I think the worst of the foods you have would be the bread and rice.

    7. @PSA finally it’s come to the time of year where I can actually get sun in London. Today was my first sunbathe of the year. I stayed out for an hour and enjoyed it. Hopefully my Vitamin D levels increase, ill be sure to eat raw liver for the cholesterol and Vitamin A to try to balance that ratio. The UV index was 5 today so that should be enough UVB.

Sex is very fun but I can’t justify spending money to get it or playing games. I luckily have found an older insecure woman who makes it very easy to have sex and also buys me food. She has talked about wanting a relationship but I tell her I don't want one, so she leaves and then comes back a week later. Then 6 months later she gets pissed off again because I don’t do commitment and leaves, to then come back next week. If I lose this woman I will probably have to throw in the towel as 99% of bitches use sex as a transaction. This woman had sex with me the first time we met without even having to go on a date, she just came over. I stay away from women who want to withhold sex or go on a date first.

Do you worry the energy drinks are going to cause a heart attack? However they do taste very good. Coca cola is my so called heart attack beverage of choice.

Thats good to hear you are having less desire for alcohol, even when having to endure a reality like this one. Unfortunately for me alcohol has the tendency to ruin my sleep be it staying awake, or even sleeping a full 8 hours and feeling very tired the next day despite the full nights rest. I had 5 beers last night and woke up after 4 hours of sleep and couldn’t get back to sleep so I have spent the day today sober and tired.

Bread and rice, seed sludge. It’s annoying because most dishes contain these ingredients and I like pasta too. You really do have to sacrifice pleasure if you want to be healthier. Socialising is another big thing because saying no to the food at restaurants can make you feel like you are an outcast. When at a bar and ordering non alcoholic beverages, it can also feel like you aren’t partaking in the fun or are seen as boring.

    1. @Joey Aragon, I will admit I was slightly disappointed that it all reverted back to the argument of only eating a raw meat diet and having children... Unfortunately those things are not the solutions to all of our problems. I wish they were, that'd be nice... I agree only with meat eating maybe solving about 50% of our problems, because we require food for the most basic level of sustenance and overall management. Food is easily at least 50% of our most important need in this world, so that's a given... But it will not cure the effects of trauma.

And as far as having children, there is no way that children can possibly lead to fulfillment unless someone is empty inside to begin with and is therefore requiring their children to provide a form of symbiotic attention or validation for the parent through a co-dependent (often abusive) relationship. Those type of parents make the worst of parents, because they live vicariously through their children's achievements and success and if their child does not live up to what they want, they usually abuse them.

    5. Thank you for the clarification PSA.

Excellent FACT, you just stated here, and you did it in short paragraph. So, when we hear things like "I always knew something was wrong with this planet"...we can go back to your comment, and it all makes sense. Add these religious figures to control people, and get them to obey authority all the time, with the tax structures and slave corporations to work for, and you have the mess we have now.

      Makes perfect sense.

    6. Now, it is coming together with clarification...

the idea that "wanting out" is not as bad as it may seem.

I think my "figment" that things are not as bad as they seem was from my amazing parents and colorful extended family. I mean, my parents ALWAYS had homemade cooked meals on the table, and always had money because they worked for it. And my extended family was just a bunch of wise asses, that also worked for it, and they ALL had good quality of life because of that.

Smart people that just got it done. Nothing complicated. You go to work, shut the fuck up, and do the right thing...

And if you didn't, you were going to get dealt with.

Oh well, I guess I see it more clearly now. This blog has helped. We are truly in a hell realm no doubt about it.

But, I am going to stick around. I like a good fight. Should be a very interesting ride, however long it may last. I will have fun. Have more beers and work less hard, I know that...but enough to have some comfort.

Another thing is that I will NEVER take any human...to lord over me...or think they have any authority over me. This is not going to happen.

    1. @Charlote, Wow Man, sorry to hear that!

But yes, that is how things end up working here. Worst part about what happens when family or people you know die, over time, is that you begin to lose your relevance here, in all sense of things, even within the remaining family itself.

The other thing too is that other things around end up falling apart as well, particularly if someone you know who dies, had influence or say in something which they no longer have.

It comes with many consequences, and what's worst is that many people continue to have children on the basis that they think they are "fighting" against the consequences of a dying family, even though it just condemns everyone else to the same fate down the family tree.

Yes. People do that bc of "Legacy" but legacy is a total joke, my father didn't take anything with him.
What made me feel strange was my Christian relatives saying "he went to heaven"

      "God knows everything"

      "God wanted it this way"

      "God took him"

I wanted to know how a perfect God could create a world full of pain, death, and suffering.

What made me most angry was them telling me to take the C-19 vaccine, my father didn't take it and he got COVID, but my father had low immunity and had terrible sleep because of his slave job, this COVID-19 thing even seems like a kind of cult

"Are you going to take the vaccine or not?"

    4. @Charlote,

Precisely! See that's the thing, "Legacy" is sold as an idea like a fantasy buy into, to spread their seed. In reality, there is little Legacy, if any left. Realistically, only Royals continue their "Legacy" in the truest sense.

Another thing I really hate about when people die, is how the rest of the family changes. It's stressful enough if you lose the family member you loved, but you also sometimes get to witness horrible attributes emerge from other living family members that comes out, sometimes greed or other characteristics that they begin to show.

Funerals to me are like assembly lines of actors. Everyone telling you the same thing like a ritual, just telling you what you expect to hear, even strangers who don't know you or your father. It's all a show.

Your father didn't get COVID, but he might have once had a coronavirus (Common Cold), and the COVID Scam used Antibody testing as an excuse to label so many people has having COVID because they got money for doing so.

      COVID doesn't even exist.
