Dealing With Shitty Neighbors

There's absolutely nothing worse than dealing with Horrible Neighbors, especially if they are ones who have "moved in" on you.

It brings me back to the common theme I have discussed about the curse of having "Shared Destinies" with other people, whether they are your family, co-workers, or even neighbors.

Point being, people you are somehow forced to deal with or interact on some level.

I having been finding myself also having to constantly employ a mitigation strategy with keeping these neighbors out of my life, and the problems are just increasing to a boiling point in the most bizarre way, because they are "yuppies". Stupid ass snobs and loose cannons who spread rumors and judge everything about you, try to nitpick to make an issue about everything, and yet will never tell you the truth to your face but will somehow sugar-coat something to you. Nosey fucking pricks.

This State, Massachusetts, is an absolute SHIT state. Some of the worst fucking losers in this place.

All Liberal Pricks, with an ugly accent, ugly attitude and horrible manners.

They couldn't even spell or correctly pronounce the word "retarded" if you ask them.

I'm so eager to move, yet there is nowhere to move too.

I have a very short fuse as it is, and my favorite mitigation issues to solve problems is to get "wiolent".

Having bad or troublesome neighbors, is one of the most problematic situations that can erupt in your life, because they come so close and personal to home... Literally...

I've had enough issues in these last few years, and even some annoyances last year, but on top of how tired I am of this life, this just has to add to the mix of problems, and I feel under more pressure to sell my house and move the fuck away.

The type of stuff these people debate about, are absolutely insane, including the thoughts that cross their mind, especially people who try to act like they are "sophisticated" and even more Upper Class or Old Money when they really aren't, yet in an Old Money Neighborhood.

Worst part too, is these people actually work "for the system", as Educators and other stuff like that with the Public, and are extremely political, so you already know how that becomes an issue with someone like me.

I absolutely FUCKING HATE that I need to be subjected to things and people that I NEVER ASKED to deal with in this life, and this has been the constant case with my life in America from the moment I was born.

And also having to grow up into a country to have to understand why I get accused of being a "racist" when Blacks and Hispanics have always treated me with racism.

The fact that we need to be exposed on a daily basis to other "immigrants" and the problems that come with that, their social issues / culture, criminality or other community problems, and then have to get the blame for those problems.

These people should not be living among us!

  1. Sorry to hear about your situation with the neighbors.

I would just avoid them to the best of your ability and keep quiet like "the grey man". Look for another place or even a new state. NY is a good place, despite the high taxes, because there are many Italians that keep things in good shape. Central NY suburbs are a great spot because the crime is low and it is very peaceful. Lots of good nature and low cost of living. East Syracuse-Minoa, Fayetteville-Manlius, Jamesville-Dewitt, Camillus, Baldwinsville. Skaneatlas is the gem of the Finger Lakes. It is expensive, but worth it as well, if you can afford it.

    1. I really think even Upstate New York would be a FAR, FAR better place than living here, with the exception of the nasty winters there... That might be tough to deal with. But I tend to get along much better with people from New York, just not the Liberals.

  2. Not many liberals in CNY, except for the downtown areas in Syracuse. They aren't too bad there, however, just a bunch of n. nogs, if you know what I mean. They are harmless.

The suburbs are incredible, and a hidden gem in the country. People back down from CNY because of the weather, but it only terrible for about 3-4 months. The other 7-8 months are incredible. We have a lot of proud history, and one of the best schools in the county.

Check out Green Lakes State Park, if you ever go to CNY. It is the best park I have ever been too. I would also add that the bitches are not as bad as they are in other cities. It is not a transient area, and that helps as well.

I have been to MA many times, and I don' t like it. Although, it is better than most places in the USA. CT is a bit better. I guess I am just comfortable in CNY, as I have lived here for about 10 years, on and off. I have always enjoyed the pace of living, and the scenery the most. And the people are just class acts for the most part. Very family oriented. Also, assholes get dealt with on the streets a lot out here. The Italians keep things in check.

  3. Are they from California? They sound like they're from California.

Man..... if this wasn't the cherry on top of all the things you've brought up lol! I'd be mad too

But genuinely, I actually think I live in a similar neighborhood as you around similar types of people and it's the bane of my existence. It's an expensive liberal 'high class', educated, hippieish neighborhood right near this huge liberal metropolis. This city is also known for having a bunch of out-of-state transplants, so a lot of my friend's parents are from the west or east coast, and random parts of the Midwest. So I don't even have much of an identity with my literal childhood home, not that I'd want to, but it's just another thing I missed out on living in this golden-plated sht hole.

Life was terrible here and the schools I was at were filled with the children of the type of couple you described, or just many bad characters. My parents moved here because they wanted to give me a good education, but I ended up surrounded by trashy people, opportunists, h^^d rats, & pretentious liberal virtue-signaling snobs. It's kind of like how you said, even the fact I grew up here was because other people chose to live here, so I'm technically sharing their destiny more than mine. I want to move but idk where the hell to go either. I was thinking of the Carolinas, maybe even Tennessee, but even that is iffy and a gamble for me.

I notice this is common in many cities, which is unfortunate because those of us who don't want to be around this are forced to move away from our 'homes' or support or security systems and go to a place with less resources just- to not be around toxics, or even the expensive living conditions and dangers were routinely subjected to in cities.

I genuinely have a hard time imaging liking anywhere I would live in America

    1. @T345, They are Native to this area, Native Massachusetts types. I fucking can't stand them. I've been in a growing angry mood over them, and it just seems that they become more and more weird. You cannot do something or not "not do something" around them.

It sucks how difficult it is in this life to get anything right, why can't I be surprised for a change!? Of course not! That would be too easy... It's almost like a punishment having them move in. Though none of the previous neighbors were good either, but even at that, I would've preferred the older ones.

I just fucking hate this life.

    2. @T345, Oddly enough, when I lived in California, I found that people out there even keep more to themselves, including the neighbors I had when I lived out there. However, people in CA really live in their own little bubble and are so unreliable. When I needed to move out, I had to almost "bribe" someone to move their car for the Moving Trucks to get in. People really are that anti-social over there and hard to get things done. Hard to even get people to hang out also in that state, at least SoCal.

    4. @T345, Let me put it to you this way... They are type to even just automatically assume everything about you, and they think that I am this "know it all" person, so that I must know everything about what year something was installed or this and that. Even down to some ridiculous details about a retaining wall that I did not install, and they ask really bizarre questions and constantly compare everything and then try to show off how they think they are going to start growing stuff in their gardens or trying to impress me, etc, and just really really fucking strange shit, constantly. I also do not like their affiliations.

      They watch "everything".

But what's really telling about them, is they have no friends, and while I would otherwise not think much about it, it tells me that nobody wants to even be bothered with them.

I was almost hoping for some family to move in who maybe had a hot looking daughter or something! But nope...

Oh, and when the house was for sale, I saw much of the prospective buyers who were interested in it, and there were almost NO normal family building types... All were highly liberal or homosexual couples, lots of Gay Men couples were looking at it.

There was, however ONE Goth older Woman who was looking at it, and while she had a husband, even THEY would have been much preferable to this! At least maybe something decent could've stemmed from that, but of course not even that.

  4. Perhaps, you could surround yourself with capable good people, move to the countryside, and then enjoy life, as I have discovered, in my meager life experience…

When you have a problem, sometimes, you have to solve it. And one Man can only delete so many people…. An organized, more permanent solution is required!

Perhaps, in time, a forum or Gatis and your following/contacts can make a real farming project

That’s all I’m doing with my life; taking and living ACTION

    2. Splendid, let it be properly Prussian, as you wish.

I myself, wish nothing less than the best for the Germans & Prussians, you and Gatis foremost among them.

I will leave you to the peanut gallery here…

Petrified to meet people, he says.

Maybe I’m just philo-Teutonic, in the end. Suit yourself.

  5. I remember when I was about 10, the neighbor put up a new wooden fence with some holes you could poke out with a screwdriver. I was having fun one day, and started popping some of the holes. I was great. Well, then she stormed into our house and started bitching to my parents about it. She was right, probably, but it was her fault for installing a fence like that. My father wasn't even mad at me, as he usually was, in those situations. He laughed a bit. And my mother did too. They apologized to the granny (fucking woman is in her 90s and still alive), and I never did that again. Yes, neighbors can be cunts. If I had a loud neighbor, I would move. I do know that. Also, this makes sense to NOT buy a house. I am fortunate to have great, wealthy neighbors these days, but I still think I am the best one here. One side is never home and not friendly. And the other side has dogs that bark all fucking day. You really can't win!

    1. @JA PA,

Yep, loud neighbors aren't always fun either, though I'd even probably prefer it at the rate of these new snobs now, who are ridiculously political, left-wing, and such fucking annoying yuppies, it all makes me really sick honestly!
