The Major "Crime" of "Ghost Jobs"
The pathetic apathy of the Americans, but also demonstrative of their character, is also how little outrage they have over the "Ghost Jobs". In fact, Ghost Jobs are nothing new whatsoever.
For over 30 years and longer, it has been a practice in the American job market, if to even screen the available types of candidates available for a certain field.
But the difference now, is that many of these "Ghost Jobs", which are jobs that do not actually exist, are now being advertised by many Foreign Entities, especially ones run in India or China or elsewhere, and they are using this for their own advantages.
Indians want to use AI and Algorithms to entire take over the tech industry to the futuristic advantages that will be obtained through AI. And this disgusts me, quite frankly, a lot about them. They are some of the most indecent and corrupt people out there, and they raise large families.
Advertising "Ghost Jobs", which are Jobs that don't actually even "exist", should be considered one of the Highest levels of Treason and Fraud that one can commit.
An extremely deceptive practice, and one that absolutely promotes entire gaslighting toward whole segments of society, when they cannot explain how they have difficulty to have a job if they need one.
There is an even more sinister design of this, however, and it's one fueled by the Marxists and Feminists.
The goal is to perpetually make it look like Men, especially White Men are "lazy, entitled brats" who complain that there's no work because they don't want to do work, even though simultaneously, many layoffs are taking place and have been taking place for a long time because many companies are cutting their budgets and expenditures.
Anyone who knows the reality on the ground out there in the economy, knows that there is less and less work, and while there is also a segment of Men who don't want to work and cannot deal with DEI policies, that is absolutely acceptable, the issue is that these companies are also not turning profits they need to survive, assuming if the CEO's were not gobbling up all the wealth for themselves and their Investors.
Business activity is slowing down everywhere, and money does not circulate through the entire economy, in the US, the wealth only circulates to the Top 3%, and even more so to the Top 1% of Wealth Earners.
Even many restaurants and nightclubs are dead, and Men are also withholding their wallets, and rightfully so.
Rising Inflationary costs are putting pressure on profit margins to be maintained for all people, whether they are in the role of a consumer or a business owner, and that it an inescapable fate.
But my point here is really in how this fraud of posting "jobs" that exist, which don't actually exist, is something that should be seen as severe offense and treated with radical forms of punishment.
Everything is a joke in this society, other times what happens is that a manager will post a position that is already taken i.e. what third worlders do in the shithole UK, is that they will only give jobs to people from their own country or female managers that will only hire females, but they will still advertise the position to make it seem "fair"; so people waste their time applying and going to the interview, only to be rejected for no good reason.
ReplyDeleteAlso, every single department I've worked at the last few years has been corrupt, without exception; in every single one there was blatant corruption, nepotism and favoritism; and they don't even try to hide it, they do it right in your face and act as if it's normal....There are different rules and expectations for different people, women and third world immigrants can fuck up as much as they want and not get in any trouble. But if you are a Caucasian heterosexual male, all it takes is to look at somebody the wrong way to be called to a 'meeting' or taken to HR....This shithole western society deserves to be destroyed....
@Alex, Isn't it outrageous how this is all happening, and yet nobody in the real world really acknowledges it!? They will just tell you they hear constantly on the news about job openings and how the economy is good, completely ignoring business closures and people getting laid off or the fact that there are people applying for ghost jobs and never hearing back.

ReplyDeleteMen need to stop applying for jobs and just network in real life. This can be at public places like the library, the gym, or the bar if you like to have a few pints. Applying for these ghost jobs is silly for so many reasons. As you stated, the job likely doesn't even exist. Also, these bitches will use your personal information and sell it without your consent.
I find it funny that my resume is one of the best out their for sales and sales management. I attended some top schools, top degrees, and won multiple awards in my career. And I am a go getter that is fearless. I say this to only show that I am well qualified for these jobs, and I do them better than the top 1% out there. Yet, I am constantly getting rejected for the better jobs on the market, because I am dealing with an affirmation hire, or bitch as the hiring boss. I no longer apply to these jobs or give them the time to talk shop with me. I am way above them, on so many levels.
So, I went to the streets, and just networked my way into a good opportunity.
And, I can make money on other markets as well, as I have some family that engaged in gambling operations throughout the East Coast. I choose not to take that path, because I (foolishly) believed in the integrity of the system, and that honest hard work was meaningful. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I don't need to go that route, but I will if I need to survive. That is what we have out here, these days. The softer, PC culture has won out, and they are weeding out those that get in their way. They can have it. Screw them. And I will do whatever is necessary to survive. It is too bad that many men these days don't have the street smarts that I do. They are just defeated and can't figure out what happened. Blogs like this can help them get into the right mindset, to fight back, and make things happen, so at least they can have a decent life that is comfortable and offers a few laughs in the predatory PC culture.
@Joey Aragon, I wish Men would really start to get serious about networking in real life. From what I've seen though, Most Men are weak, sheepish and cowardly. Men who have otherwise seem to want to strike conversations with me in public, never can seem to have the guts to do anything outside of their workshift, or they literally will try to have a conversation with me through their windows while they are drinking a beer alone inside their house while I can barely hear them with traffic going by.
DeleteMost Men do a great disservice to themselves, because they failed to strike the iron when it was hot in preparations with what needs to be done, and it's for this reason that Women have more involved social relations with other Men than Men do, all because of mental hangups, insecurities, or the thought of being seen as a "weirdo" or "not enough of a Man". It's really ridiculous.
Think about it... How Many Men have you encountered in this life especially these days which can be bothered to talk about anything which is not constantly geared towards proving how much of a Man he is!? With how hard he works, or when is the next "fight" on TV to watch or how skunky the beer must taste!? Or otherwise trying to seem important with always being busy!?
There are few people in society you will ever encounter anymore who are truly remarkable and interesting, or whereby you can just hang out for the sake of hanging out without there being some sort of pressure to prove one's so-called "self-worth" or boast about wealth or one's career.
Had no idea this is happening.......... People don't seem to care about the average people anymore. Every politician is now serving their groups best interest. From right to the left. With mass migration, which will NOT help the average citizen, to billionares paying less tax than a person making $40,000 a year, to the unregulated advancement of AI despite the jobs it takes away.
ReplyDeleteYou know what's a ridiculous example of this? Business owners running healthcare agencies, and cutting staff to save money........ and paying CNAs the bare minimum to survive- despite taking being a huge responsibility and essential role that takes a huge physical and emotional toll on them. These places almost ALWAYS hire the bare minimum amount of people to run the place. A lot of nurses and CNAs can't take more than a 15-30 min break during a 12 HOUR shift because there's not enough people to watch the patients. Yet there are tons of measures in place making sure the worker is taken to court, sued, or stripped of their license if they say the wrong thing or make a mistake. ACTUALLY, there are some patients who actively try to make the staff make a mistake so they can sue them for money. Then.... don't even start on the abuse your supposed to put up with from family and patients. Everyone is fing paranoid in this profession, which ends up with a lot of toxicity and blaming. Meanwhile, more patients the less attention they get from staff, so less needs met and this often makes them more critical of the experience, which they take out on the staff, all because the big guys in business suits want to make more money.

DeleteWhat still absolutely amazes me, is how hoodwinked most of Mankind has become to the ultimate "Transfer of wealth" taking place right before their eyes. They are totally numb and desensitized to it. They don't want to hear it, and just assume it's the way it is.
Soon many people will have absolutely nothing.
I just really have a great contempt for living in this world much any longer, and partially am only staying alive because I want to hurt and destroy a lot of people before I finally depart this wretched place.
This world is too retarded to even stomach on any level, it's basically like vomit to me. It's like drinking or eating the most rotten and disgusting things you can imagine and trying to "deal with it". That's how this life really feels right now.
And really, the fact that most Humans are just fake and worthless trash, really even if you have all the money in the world, there is not much you can truly claim that can make life fun or exciting to look forward to, living among a bunch of zombies. On top of it, the food supplies are worsening rapidly, and if you cannot get or eat decent, safe, clean nutritious food... Like, what can one possibly continue looking forward too!?
The Immigration issue also makes me very angry, because they are committing to giving these people larger salaries than what most average workers make! And then expecting that workers will be competing with this scum!
Many businesses run really corrupt and greedy models these days for how they run their business, because while the owners or board of directors can often take paycuts and still function, they refuse to do it. They always make sure they are paid first and leave the scraps for their employees.
The healthcare industry is pretty brutal, and I hear nothing but nightmare stories about it, along with higher expectations for fulfilling certain hours or tasks. It's a really bad field.
Essentially, you are also forced to "act". I have seen many times when a Nurse or Doctor is forced to ask, even when I'll see in their eyes that they "might" understand or agree with what I'm talking about, but because of practice legalities and to avoid a malpractice lawsuit, they have to give a response that is expected of the industry, or dance around the bushes in a sort of way.
Everything about the Medical industry is an assembly line process. Private practices are only slightly better, but even still, a far stretch from how they used to be better in times past.
Doctors Offices run a lot like the Judicial systems these days, where they are constantly obsessed with continuing a "case" or return patient visits, by shortening the appointment or court session to the smallest window possible and by only looking over very specific details, to only kick the can down the road week after week or month after month, and whereby a resolution is not even in the actual vested interest of the Doctor or the Judge.
A Doctor is not at all concerned if his patient's health is optimal and if it keeps them away for a long time, and remains very detached. Similarly, Justices and people who work in Legal Professions, hardly are concerned on any level about true "Justice" or who or what is right and what is wrong. That is actually the least of their concern, even with the ironic fact, that their job duties are supposed to be designed to diagnose these problems in a professional manner.

People don't see or care about what's happening. Much less see what is wrong and who is responsible. It's also unrealistic to hope for change from the most compliant, unoriginal, distracted, shiniest cage generation of human history.
I'm going to call myself a lost soul of this society- it makes sense though- that this society would create 'lost souls' so to speak, doesn't it? I have been born into a body, family, and country that I do not like, surrounded by people I do not like. I realize I do not want to, and will not, serve any greater purpose in those identities/groups- except myself. Although some of this was upsetting for me to accept, I find some comfort in letting go of the expectations I once had for life- and following what makes me feel better. It took some deep depression and letting go to feel this way. Yes, I am upset at society. I believe the people here & the way things are is why I have had a life like this.
The only realistic thing I've found that makes me excited is doing a workaway in this Mediterranean country I've been to. It'll happen after I finish my first year working. I don't expect my life to be solved, but I think I'll enjoy it and being there. I just want to spend my days doing something I enjoy, and escape from this garbage. Im probably younger than you and have spent less time simmering in this reality, so I'm probably less at my wits end than you are, but I do recognize how bland, distasteful, negative and off so many things are.
You are 100% spot on about healthcare. I appreciate that you see that the way they are is because of the profession, not them as people.
It's all just wrong. The workload, how it's taught, how everything is based on procedures, how the public sees and treats healthcare workers, how HR turns on their own workers to protect themselves etc. Its high burnout rate is very telling, and did u know nurses only have an average career length of about 9 years?? That's like, 4-5 years of college for only a decade of work max. And CNAs average length is like 5 years..... The only good thing I like is 4 days off and job 'security'. But it is very much an assembly line, pat urself on ur back if you found any other field

DeleteI got this from Frederick Dodson. I don't agree with all he says, but he came up with this and it works well for me:
"trying too hard makes you look like an amateur".
Practice this idea of not trying too hard at ANYTHING you do, but especially if you are working for someone else. You will actually be MORE productive because you are taking pressure off of yourself and you even look better to others because you are in control and relaxed.
No need to play the game anymore. Just don't try too hard. Relax. Show up on time, and have a laid back attitude towards all the BS. After all, and we say it all the time here, EVERYTHING IS POINTLESS.
There are many other ways to "beat the system", and you do it by beating them at their own game of lies. Avoiding marriage and having a family is a big win, as we know for so many reasons UNLESS you are a worthless sack of shit that is dependent on others.
I could go on and on about ways to beat the system, and we should explore this topic, in my more detail because it can bring joy to see these institutions fall apart because we refuse to listen to their lying. I really can't stand liars. I despise them. And that is the biggest reason why I don't fit into this planet.

DeleteI mean it all proves the more just how much this place is an actual real prison. And if you want to use an "exit method", your body is engulfed to experience pain to exit from here, and options are limited and volatile in being able to mitigate that from exiting. One can even imperil their future by harming themselves and yet remaining alive. And religions conveniently call it a "sin" to exit, and it's banned by most governments in the world to offer the option to someone who desires it, except under dire circumstances.
The main thing to always keep in mind about this existence and why it's so frustrating, is that the majority of people we have to interact with and deal with on a day-to-day basis, are "Persons". And a Person is an Actor or a Disguise, and this has been a role designated for them and one they have chosen to adhere to.
But essentially, you cannot have any meaningful exchange whatsoever with a "Person". A "Person" is a Slave, and they will never see the world the way we see it, and even if they came aware of it, it would be too uncomfortable for them to accept it.
@T345, I meant to also include this on the previous comment but accidently published it first, but the best way to really see the "Healthcare System" is not as a "Healthcare" or "Medical System" as such, but it's really all about Death Management & Planning.
DeleteJust as there are Pregnancy Planning agencies or clinics, and ones that specialize in other types of Management, the Healthcare Industry does not focus on Wellness, because it really is entirely governed on predicting the outcomes and probabilities of One's Death and issuing Medicine or Treatments revolving around the current demands and trends that the industry demands.
