How You Should NOT Look Like At 60 Years Old

 


This is what your average "run-of-the-mill" American or even German Man or Woman looks like these days, once they hit the ripe old age of 60.

Now, I picked exceptionally average specimens for this... There are so many, WORSE, disgustingly horrific ones even compared to these, but just wanted to show you what is currently "average", and this is how most Baby Boomers and Silent Generation have aged, they always have this "look".

I will tell you where "this look" comes from.

Half of it is determined by Genetics first, but the other Half is absolutely from what they've dedicated their lives to. Chasing Money, Lying to themselves and others, giving up happiness for social status, and living a life of recklessness, rather than being "content".

I'll be honest with you, if I looked like that guy at my age, youthfulness and looking good is so important to me and taking strong care of myself, I would be terrified to even leave my house of be spotted by anyone in public and would not be able to cope living in this world looking that way.

Yet look around us, in the West, how many aged people really "do" look like that.

Most White People age horribly because of their relentless obsession with Money, Status, Finance, Investments, Seeking a Career and Climbing The Corporate Ladder and constant stress related to it. Most Bankers and people in High Finance, bald very early on and look horrific by the age of 50 or 60. That is the "cost" of earning a high income, and spending the majority of your life being unwanted by Women because of your ugly looks. This is why Capitalists want to keep their system in place of attracting gorgeous girls with "money" only, against Healthy, good-looking Men who would otherwise be selected.

It is always for this same reason that ugly and especially poorly aged Men always demand the idea that prostitution should be defended, because if they can't attract a girl with his money, they want to be able to have the right to pay for an escort.

Physical Labor will also age you as well but it takes a toll on the whole body indiscriminately and in an even-mannered way, whereas Finance people turn white and lose hair with wrinkling skin faster. Many of them also die early of heart attacks.

And as far as Women go, All Women who are "Feminists", who especially are power-hungry, obsessed with money and career, or who hold a grudge against Men and experiment with Veganism, will most definitely age like the Woman in that photo above.

Women who are happy with themselves and know who they are and are content with life, do not age like that.

Also, the whole notion that you should need to have "glasses" at a certain age is also a bogys myth. Assuming you had no eye problems from early on in life or from injury, your eyes should serve you properly for a lifetime, and if they do not, it means your eyes have been starved of the correct nutrients that keep them functioning properly, or from the result of Heart issues or maybe Diabetes.

I actually overheard someone the other day who just turned 40 and tried to talking to others about how he believes it's normal to experience "vision issues" once you hit 40 and even his Doctor told him...

Most of the near or far-sight issue have to do with muscular and nerve issues within the eye from atrophy, or lack of enough blood flow which begin to make the eyes work inefficienctl, less able to adjust to different lighting conditions or to see clearly or even read, because of a lack of essential minerals including Zinc and Vitamins A & C.

In my mind, I'm just shaking my head about how out of touch with reality people are.
